NIGHT -By MaddaliSwetha

Night suspends the physical activities, but it is no hindrance to Consciousness which is constant awareness.

In the pitch dark night nothing is visible.Man is not able to see his own body. The dust fallen on it is not congnized. Still the self cognizes itself. It requires no external light. This inner light is a spark of the Cosmic light.Night cannot veil it.

Lord, may I be anchored in the self which remains unaffected by night or day. - Thayumanavar

"THE ZERO". - By MaddaliSwetha

The zero seems valueless. But it is more valauable than anything else in the unverse. This is the paradox.

The zero is nothing; it is valueless. But when it is annexed to a number it increases the value of that number. To the extent Zeros are placed the value of the number increases. The Zero and the infinitude are the same. The space is void;it is a zero.Because it is a Zero it contains countless cosmic bodies.

The saint makes himself a zero.Because he has become a Zero he reigns in the hearts of all who contact him. - Vedanta

“LEARN SPOKEN ENGLISH FROM HOME”. – By MaddaliSwetha

PRONUNCIATION:

One of the major problems which learners of English face is its pronunciation. The English pronunciation system is irregular - there is no one-to-one correspondence between spelling and pronunciation. For instance, the alphabet 'a' is pronounced in three different ways in the words ' apple ' ' art ' ' about '! This may not be very difficult for those who speak English as their mother - tongue because they learn it by hearing correct English being spoken around them. But those who learn English as a second or foreign language find its erratic pronunciation a major hurdle in speaking the language properly.

so, in this pattern of accent in English is a second point of difficulty. Unlike the rhythm and accent of Indian languages which is even, English speech patterns lay emphasis on some specific syllables and a great variety of intonations. All this makes the rhythm of English greatly different from the familiar ones heard in this country. Therefore, much effort has to be spent in mastering the correct pronunciation and rhythm of English.

EXAMPLES:

1. India is a beautiful country.
2. I love blue roses which are unique.
3. Your dress is looking good.
4. Good morning friend.
5. Thank you dear.
6. God bless you.
7. May I know your name?
8. I love red color.
9. She just looks like a pink doll.
10. Keep your city clean.

"HOW TO BE THE DREAM BOY".-By MaddaliSwetha

Many girls like boys who are true gentlemen, who do a good night kiss, who respect them, etc. The classic "dream boy" can be (and is usually) respectful, sweet and presentable.

Some good steps to impression your dream girl

1.Work on your attitude: Attitude is really important! Be sweet but not "touchy feel." Be smart (most girls love smart guys with a bright future).

2.Be confident: Most girls love confident guys by their side—guys who look them in the eyes, and like themselves, but who aren't full of themselves.

3.Be a gentleman with her: Talk about your life and ask her questions about her life.

4.Have eyes only for your girl: Any date will hate it when their boyfriend looks at other girls in a flirty way.

5.If you're in solid relationship and you haven't take the next step, don't push it. Girls don't like it when a boy pushes to have sex. If you're nice and patient, your time will come.

6.Get a new look: If you're dirty looking, make your self elegant, classy, or like a normal guy, with t-shirts and jeans.

7.Use a clock: Make sure to take her home on time so her parents don't get upset with her.

8.Get a haircut: It needs to look good, so keep it clean.

9.If you're in bad shape, work out: Girls love touching abs! If you're super thin, gain some weight and workout. If your overweight, eat a healthy diet and work out.

10.If you're shy, don't be the guy in the corner, try to socialize.

11.When you're with your significant other and you get a call, ignore it: The only exceptions are your parents or a sick relative.

12.If she breaks up with you, don't talk bad about her: it is very bad manner.

13.Have good hygiene.

14.Be gentle with her: Act as if you were with newborn baby or a delicate flower.

“HIDDEN LOVE BETWEEN FATHER AND DAUGHTER” - BY MaddaliSwetha

One night i am not getting sleep.I was so worried about my life that i am not getting any ideas to with stand in my career(not getting job) then i went to my mom and dad slept in between them and my dad started telling this story and understood and i started writing this page .......

Father and daughter were crossing the river. The tides were rough and they had to cross the river. Father told his daughter to hold his hand so that she might not slip and fall down.

But the daughter asked her father to hold her hand to prevent her from slipping. Father did not understand the difference between the two as he felt that it was more or less same. But he enquired her daughter why he had to hold her hand.

Then the daughter replied, “If I hold your hand I may leave it seeing your suffering in holding my hand.  In contrast, if you hold my hand however the suffering you may undergo to carry me, you will never leave my hand until your end.”

Father appreciated the intelligence and the confidence she had on him.  In our real lives also, we will never let down the people who we love the most. We hand hold them until our end.

"WISDOM TREE" - By MaddaliSwetha

As a more intense version of Yellow, GOLD denotes joy versus happiness, wisdom versus knowledge and worth versus value.

The colour Gold implies wealth and status in every culture, and as the most precious tradable commodity on earth, Gold backs all global currencies and as such as referred to as the Gold Standard.

When we say someone or something is as good as gold, we mean it is the absolute best it could be.

We give gold stars to everyone from school children to military Generals to honor and commend, and we call a most favored person a golden-haired child.

To express the genuineness or authenticity of something or someone, we use the term solid gold .  And when a situation suddenly blesses us with good fortune, we call this the goose that laid the golden egg.

Gold is the colour associated with King Solomon and when we speak of someone who has deep (therefore priceless) wisdom, we use the expression, "The Wisdom of Solomon".

GOLD is the colour of wedding bands and all things that are expressions of spiritual illumination (halos), eternity and precious bonds.

Our reverence for Gold goes back to the ancient Egyptian, Mayan and Aztec cultures who embraced the transmuting qualities of Gold in their spiritual practices and Rites of Passage. Gold typified eternity, illumination (the Sun glorified), beauty and splendor.

GOLD was most often paired with Indigo Blue to connote wealth, stature, wisdom beyond this world and spiritual evolution.

We also have coined intuitive expressions to indicate the negative side of GOLD.

When someone is after another person's money and feigns affection to get it, we call them a Gold Digger, and if someone is consistently deceptive or treacherous we call them a Gold Bricker.

There is also the term Fool's Gold which describes anything mistaken for real Gold or something of real worth.

WHAT IS AN EXTRAORDINARY ITEM?

- By MaddaliSwetha

An extraordinary item can be a gain or a loss, but it must have all of the following characteristics:
1. Unusual in nature, and
2. Infrequent in occurrence, and
3. significant in amount.

As a result of this requirement, extraordinary items are very rare. A recent issue of Accounting Trends & Techniques published by the AICPA showed that of the 500 financial reports surveyed in 2009 there were only 3 extraordinary items reported.

In 2008 there were 2 extraordinary items reported in the 500 financial reports surveyed. In 2007 and 2006 there were 4 extraordinary items presented in each of the year’s 600 financial reports.

In other words, over the four-year period only 0.6% of the 2,200 financial reports surveyed had presented extraordinary items.
WHY ARE SALES IS CREDIT?- By MaddaliSwetha

The account Sales is credited because a corporation’s sales of products will cause its stockholders’ equity to increase. A sole proprietorship’s sales will cause the owner’s equity to increase.

The Sales account is used in order to keep a tally of the sales made during an accounting year. However, when the accounting year is completed, the credit balance will be moved via closing entries to the corporation’s Retained Earnings account or to the sole proprietorship’s Owner’s Capital account.

Recall that asset accounts will likely have debit balances and the liability and stockholders’ equity accounts will likely have credit balances. To confirm that crediting the Sales account is logical, think of a cash sale. The asset account Cash is debited and therefore the Sales account will have to be credited.

Also the accounting equation will remain in balance because the asset Cash is increased with a debit, and through the closing entries an owner’s or stockholders’ equity account will be increased with a credit.

WHAT DOES A BOOKKEEPER DO? - By MaddaliSwetha
A. Bookkeeper is responsible for processing the paperwork for a company’s business transactions. Ultimately the transactions will be recorded in accounts within the company’s general ledger. Today this often involves the use of cost effective software such as Quick-books from Intuit.

Bookkeepers are expected to be accurate, efficient, and knowledgeable about debits and credits, the chart of accounts, accounts payable procedures, sales and accounts receivable, payroll, and more. Each bookkeeper’s specific responsibilities will vary by type and size of the business.

The bookkeeper’s role may be expanded to include adjusting entries in order for the bookkeeper to generate income statements and balance sheets from the accounting software.

The bookkeeper’s work is usually overseen by an accountant and/or the small business owner.

DO CORPORATIONS ISSUE BOTH COMMON STOCK AND PREFERRED STOCK?
A: Some corporations issue both common stock and preferred stock. However, most corporations issue only common stock. In other words, it is necessary that a business corporation issue common stock, but it is optional whether the corporation will decide to also issue preferred stock.

Usually the holders or owners of a corporation’s common stock elect the corporation’s directors, vote on significant matters, and enjoy increases in the value of their shares of common stock when the corporation becomes successful.

On the other hand, the holders of preferred stock usually receive only a fixed dividend, which must be paid before the common stock is paid a dividend. Because of that fixed dividend, the preferred stock will not increase in value as the corporation becomes increasingly successful.
