In India, mostly women use the natural ways of treat their skin with turmeric. 

The main uses of turmeric powder  like cooking, skin tone, good healing for feet which is very popular in India and turmeric powder is also used for puja in Hindus (Pasupu Ganesh).

SOME OF THE HEALTHY BENEFITS OF TURMERIC POWDER ARE AS FOLLOWS:


1. ACNE TREATMENT: Turmeric has antibacterial properties that help fight pimple breakouts and give your skin a healthy look.

2. SKIN PIGMENTATION REDUCTION: It clears pimples, acne, stretch marks or any other skin problems. Turmeric has whitening agents that favorite ingredient in skin whitening products.

3. MASK FOR OILY AND DRY SKIN:  It helps with moisturizing the skin from the face to other parts like the knees and elbows.

4. ANTI-AGEING: Turmeric removes the signs of aging by removing dead skin cells.

To reduce wrinkles and fine lines you need to combine raw milk and the turmeric and apply on the skin and body for 5 minutes and bath with warm water.

5. REDUCE COLD AND COUGH: Take 1 glass of milk mixed with 1 pinch of turmeric powder in a hot milk it will give you relief with severe cold and cough.

6. CRACKED HEELS: Have cracked heels like wearing open shoes and showing off the feet. 

Apply 1/2 pinch of turmeric powder with 2 spoons of coconut oil (as they are very rich in moisture) and apply it on the heels before going sleep at night.

7. COOKING: Having turmeric powder for cooking in necessary food dishes and turmeric acts as an Anti-Bacteria Agent.

8. HOUSE CLEANING: Brings good smell in rooms while cleaning floor .

Take 1 full bucket of water and add 1 pinch of turmeric powder. It acts as an Antiseptic Liquid and very good for health.
