HOW TO BOIL MILK ON GAS STOVE IN INDIA? – By MaddaliSwetha

INTRODUCTION:

Milk is an excellent source of vitamins and minerals, particularly calcium. It has long been recognized for its important role in bone health. Nutritionists recommend that milk and other dairy products should be consumed daily as part of a balanced diet.

Hence, Milk is used in every home in India. It is used in both raw and after pasteurization. Available in packets and sold at shops or directly from the cow sheds.

INGREDIENTS:

1. Milk Packet (I used heritage milk packet and you may use any company packet).

2. Add Drinking Water (If necessary only or suitable quantity required)

STEPS:

1. Take the packet of milk from the refrigerator.

2. With the help of the scissors, cut one end of it.

3. Pour the contents of the packet in a utensil (ఇంటిలో
ఉపయోగించే పాత్ర).

4. Squeeze out the cream present in the packet.

5. Turn on the gas stove to boil the milk with the help of lighter.

6. Observe the surface tension formed as a layer. This is the indication that the milk has acquired the boiling temperature.

7. One can see the air bubbles also.

8. The top most layer of the cream would start shrinking in and the milk would begin to emerge out and come up the utensil.

9. See that the milk reaches to the brim of the utensil. This is the time when the milk is fully boiled.

10. Turn off the gas stove immediately otherwise the milk would flow outside the utensil.
