INGREDIENTS:
- Cucumber - 1
- Medium size tomatoes - 2
- Green chillies - 2
- Finely chopped (చిన్న ముక్కలుగా) coriander -1 tbsp
- Onions – 2 (medium size)
- Fresh curd - 300gms
- Salt to taste
- Cumin seeds – 1/4 tsp
PREPARATION TIME: 10mins
STEPS:
- Beat curd using a whisk until it turns into no lumps with soft paste form.
- Add finely chopped onions, cut tomatoes and cucumber into small pieces. Also add chopped green chillies with cumin seeds to the beaten curd. Mix well.
- Finally Garnish with Chopped coriander leaves.
Please note the point:
- Serve Perugu Pachadi with non veg or veg biriyani / palav. This is also very healthy nutritious food.
