ONION WITH CUCUMBER RAITA RECIPE (PERUGU PACHADI)



INGREDIENTS:


  • Cucumber - 1
  • Medium size tomatoes - 2
  • Green chillies - 2
  • Finely chopped (చిన్న ముక్కలుగా) coriander -1 tbsp
  • Onions – 2 (medium size)
  • Fresh curd - 300gms
  • Salt to taste
  • Cumin seeds – 1/4 tsp

PREPARATION TIME: 10mins

STEPS:


  • Beat curd using a whisk until it turns into no lumps with soft paste form.
  • Add finely chopped onions, cut tomatoes and cucumber into small pieces. Also add chopped green chillies with cumin seeds to the beaten curd. Mix well.
  • Finally Garnish with Chopped coriander leaves.


Please note the point:


  • Serve Perugu Pachadi with non veg or veg biriyani / palav. This is also very healthy nutritious food.
