WHAT IS DIFFERENT BETWEEN EMPOWERMENT AND ENLIGHTENMENT? – By MaddaliSwetha

EMPOWERMENT: (సాధికారత)
It refers to increasing the economic, political, social, educational, gender, or spiritual strength of an entity or entities.

In organization point of view, empowerment is defined as a management practice of sharing information, rewards, and power with employees so that they can take initiative and make decisions to solve problems and improve service and performance.

Thus, empowerment is based on the idea that giving employees skills, resources, authority, opportunity, motivation, as well holding them responsible and accountable for outcomes of their actions, will contribute to their competence and satisfaction.

ENLIGHTENMENT: (జ్ఞానోదయం)

This is termed as the act or means of enlightening or the state of being enlightened and a state of spiritual "awakening" and it can be refers to the "full comprehension of a situation.

Thus, it’s an attitude of thought process from one way of thinking to another. Also enlightenment can be defined as a spiritual experience.
