This question is very important in recruitment and selection section of a candidate for a better shortlist of best candidates of best – who is the best performer? Some are fresher’s, some are having work experience, some may find no vacancy no jobs after completion of their mba, some find doing business (self –employed), etc, and some may find it why this person is asking about mba as I done and I am post graduate, my qualification is mba is suitable for this job requirement but what it seems to differences (I am not finding anything in this question): I would ask to ask you about what is MBA?

1) MBA teaches you business like business ideas, business quotations, How to start a business with no investment? How to restart the closed business or industries, how to expand business? How to Innovate and develop your skills and leadership skills.

2) MBA is a very broad – mind set.

3) MBA is a brain of business and heart of business.

4) You see MBA students study/ deals with subjects like human resources, finances, marketing, research and development, Production, business, environment and international business.

5) MBA combination of both arts and science that we study in any universities and colleges.

6) Risk free environment (you learn a lot and risk is low)….. MBA’s are risk takers and decision markers too.

7) MBA teaches you many things from ancient age to modern age how people do business like foreign exchange, export and import, economic conditions etc,

8)  MBA students study many case studies related to present business scenarios (సందర్భాలు).

9) Any student from any field commerce, doctors, engineering, business person (small or large scale sector), an agriculturalist, etc, is available to peruse MBA. Thus, you were aware about it.

MY CONCLUSION:

Do not ever think that only IBS, ISB, universities are MBA’s ….. The persons who perused an mba from local or non – local colleges, distance education from universities are also qualified professionals. But the only differences in education i.e, that how to utilize your learning skills in implementation of your decisions and ideas towards that organization development and organization well -being. You need to boost your skills and come up to peak.

(Only the differences are that how you shine yourself and show the talent for the better organization development).
