My best friend is the one who brings out the best in me. - Henry Ford Quote

When you first observe the headline - What Is the Meaning of a Boy and a Girl? Immediately you start looking into dictionary. After reading that you come to this page and you start reading this blog http://maddaliswetha.blogspot.in/ and this topic.

Okay, Calm down.

So, now tell me what is the exact meaning of a boy and a girl and also gay (In foreign School).

I tell you the meaning:

In the year 2014,

When I was working as a teacher for primary school – home tuition in my home.  One girl who have studied in North USA for one year and come to India and settled in my apartment and her mother joined her in home tuition that’s in my home.

Once my student asked me teacher what is girl and what is boy? Also what is gay or LGBT? And how to say that I am a girl and that boy is a boy.

Immediately, my mother said to that girl – See the dress you wear and the hair you comb and hair plaits indicate that you are a girl. I was unable to say that the particular meaning so I was showing her dictionary. My mother said to me - see you are an Indian so teach her and educate her in your style of an Indian education teaching style in rural and urban - pre primary teacher training course when student get doubts.

Again in the year 2015,

My own sister’s son said to what is boy and who is girl and how to difference it. And the boy is 8 years old age and studying 3rd class. Immediately my father and my own brother said we are boys or male or men. Boy is one who show or who looks by his dress code in school and dress in informal way and formal way in functions and parties also hair cut not like a girl. And this time I was very calm and listening to their words and conversation.

I will say you the real case study in my life:

Usually, I am a creative writer. My questions would be while I am studying – Who created Math’s, who created science, who created English in British and American, etc, including other subjects.

In India, there is a trick in exams.  If the student write exam in a creative way, he/she gets pass marks or good marks that is completely depending on examiner and correction pattern.  And if the student write exam in same as in text book and also word to word with line to line in text book, he/she gets top marks in district and state level ranks too.

I wrote in two ways – Creativity and same as text book pattern.  So, I was the top in 5th class in school.  So, my classmates got jealous and some classmates asking me doubts in class. So, there was a conflict raised in the class. Boys told me to sit in boys side in class and girls said you should sit with us only. So, I said I will sit one day in boy’s side and one day in girl’s side.

So, madam principal and vice – principal cum chairman sir who perform their roles in school perfectly and also took more care for the students. As such we always feel the school like a home.

My vice – Principal is very strict in school rules. He has seen me in boy’s side and scolded boys and started beating on my classmate’s hands (palm) with Neem Tree Stick. We have some tricks to escape from vice – principal. So, we all too together started sayings in loud principal Parimala Joel, Parimala Madam.

Immediately, she came and asked him why you are so angry towards children in this classroom. He said reason about me – who has sit in boy’s side……………………………………………............ She laughed a lot and said is there anything written on the walls stating boy side and girl side. So, he left calmly.

After alterative day, I need to sit so I said one boy has to sit with girl side and I will come. And boy came and sat. I went to boy’s side. My vice – Principal came. He has seen me in boy’s side and scolded boys also girl’s and started beating on my classmates hands (palm) with Neem Tree Stick. Again, we have some tricks to escape from vice – principal. So, we all  together started sayings in loud Parimala Joel, Parimala.

Immediately, she came and asked him why you so are angry towards children in this classroom. He said reason about me – who have sit in boy’s side……………………………………………............ She laughed a lot and said is there anything in picture form on the walls stating boy and girl. So, he left calmly.

So, all girls got angry on me and said that all these things happening because of you. You boys catch her bag and her books and catch her Lunch box.  I said no it’s not fair and girls said to me - all is fair and sit with them and no boy have right to sit with girl’s. We are not interested to take beating. So, boys got angry this is not fair and some supporter from girls said …….. Yar (Hyderabadi communication), she is our bench mate. No rules are there. Okay, that’s fine I will sit with them no problem we all are equal in games period time.

So what?

One day, my vice – principal is visiting the class to check the uniform correction of every student in my class room. Boy’s who are my supporters have told me to sit down and kept 6 bags like a tent on me and told me not to speak until he goes. So, I waited a long time and pulling boy’s school uniform shorts. No one is responding to my words, so I came out and stand in that particular place.

Again, he has seen me. So, we all together started sayings in loud Parimala Joel, Parimala Madam.

Immediately, she came and asked him why you are angry towards children in this classroom. He said reason about me – who have sit in boy’s side……………………………………………............ She said Maddali Laxmi Swetha from tomorrow you have to wear boy dress and sit and she said who want to sit in girl’s side wear girl uniform dress.

And girls said if boys who talk to her in classroom or after school time. She have to sit with boy side. One of the boy said swetha bye I will meet you in your apartment in mini shop beside my school. And that boy speaks kannada / tamil is my neignbour who have newly came to that apartment and I suggested his parents to join in my school – if there is any transfer problem.

So, he doesn’t know Telugu and he spoke to me unfortunately my classmates have seen and throw me in boy’s side. I said this it is not fair enough he is a non-telugu candidate in Hyderabad (India). He spoken to me after school time that to out of gate. No rules.

So, I said give me two days time, they said that we will give you only one day time. So, I have seen a boy classmate who is going to senior classroom. And I have seen him talking to his cousin – a long relative.

So, I went to my home immediately said I need uniform give me a money – no, you are a girl no boy uniform. I conflicted with my family member – I wear jean and dangri in function time, I wear like a boy while I am playing cricket and badminton and I wear short Tucute at night. I wear shoes for school uniform wearing. I wear running sports girl dress in this apartment.

Then I decided I went to that particular boy classmate in my classroom and asked hey look here ……………… come to my home which you can see from our classroom window. Let’s change dress I will give you my neighbour dress. You have other dress wear it tomorrow I will pay you money for this dress. Let’s go.

He said no. so, my supporters in my classroom said go and get that person we will all support you. So, he was escaping from boy’s side to girl’s side and again girl’s side to boy’s side also jumping from one place to another.

Every one saying swetha go go go catch him that side ….. no no come to this side and catch him……………………………………. Immediately my principal and vice – principal came …………………… why what happened why you people making sound our ear drums are getting damage.

So, his supporter said swetha want dress. I said you that on that day who wants to wear boy dress and sit with boy’s side I want his dress. So, my principal said swethaaaaaaa you are my cutest girl. Go go get that dress. My vice – principal said no it’s not fair.

So, my principal said so what all is fair. You have not kept rules to wear uniform dress in admission form and also you didn’t mention in admission time.

Swetha go get that dress my whole day support is for you only no classes for you today enjoy. Rag him and get that dress………………… principal said to him - you (That boy) escape from swetha you have no dress to change in school until she brings dress from their apartment.

He saying youuuuuuuuuuu

Me: so what?

He: no no no it’s not fair

Me: oooooooooo then come to me and say in my ears

He: No no noooooooo boys please catch swetha

Me: all boys support me

He: girls help meeeeeeeee

Me: rules are rules

He: No rules from now

Me: no I have one day time

He: youuuuuuu boys help me pleaseeeeeeeeeeee

Me: then give them party – Cadbury Dairy Milk or kitkat chocolate then my boys will listen to your words

He: youuuuuuu I will kill you guys, help me pleaseeeeeeeeee

Me: Okay you want help then give the dress or come to my home.

He: Girls pleaseeeeeeee catch her

Girls: If swetha say sorry. We will

Me: noooooooo way I hate that word lifetime

He: Swetha you say sorry I will give dress

Me: okay, I write on the black board

Girls: no we will not accept it

Me: what you asked that particular word I wrote it

He: Oh god! Help me from this devil

Me: god takes time to help you, come I will help

He: noooooooooooo

Then immediately our 10th class senior came why what happened why you are making noise.

Me: no it’s our problem. Say guys

He: no pleaseeee says that I need help

Me: nooooooo help my son you are completely booked today.

He: youuuuuuuuuu monkey, donkey.

Me: what you call me like that, all boys and girls catch him

He: noooooooo it’s not fair

Me: All is fair chimpanzee. Come here

Immediately a group girls and group boys of 10th class came and catch us also picked our both ear and took to their classroom.

And show us Oxford Dictionaries to me and that boy. Explained about what is boy and what is girl

So, the meaning is:

Boy: A male child or youth. Boyfriend or fatherhood or boyhood

Girl: a female child, a young or relatively young woman. Girlfriend or motherhood

I have brought another dictionary and show them the meaning of a boy or girl is identified by the dress there wear.

My vice – principal came and said both are correct and no discussions……………. go to your classroom.

So, this topic – THE END!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I GOT MY SEAT. :)
