My Answer:

1. If engineering percentage is very good then apply for ISB - Indian school of Business or apply for MBA in any foreign country

In normal colleges - Prepare for I CET exams for MBA - long term or short term course, after that you have to attend I CET counseling for which colleges you can apply for or payment seats.

2. In some universities they will give you notification on which specialization students need to choose – in First year only. But some universities give time like in 2^nd year specialization starts regarding based on marks or student choice.

3. Any student from any education background, even working employees are allowed for MBA (HR) there is huge competition.

In my MBA in HR, I got these projects like Recruitment and Selection, Training and Development, Performance Appraisal, Organizational Behaviour, also Industrial Disputes Act - Grievance Act.

According to my marks I was given Recruitment and Selection in MBA Project. And I am planning for PhD too.

4. As you are engineering Student, you can do job after that you will promote as Recruiter field then there is no use in doing MBA in HR or Indian Society for Training and Development (ISTD), Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) ,etc,

LETTER TO MRS. AMRUTHA PRANAY FROM MADDALI SWETHA BLOG

Before going to the letter,

I like to give a notification that I am neutral on these discussions - About Amrutha and Maruthi Rao

I am watching NEWS from Hyderabad, India and writing this letter to Amrutha. Take it in positive way.

Note:

• These family matters are in confusion stage because now Amrutha is in pregnancy stage, I can understand that.
• Even, I am also a girl. I took more care for my own sister in her pregnancy stage time and I took care to her first child where my age on that time is 19 years old age.

My Answer:

• Yes, it is true my grandmother also said same thing to me that - what you said is truth!

In 9th class itself you were in love and it was bad decisions

My answer:

• My maternal uncle’s son – 8th class love story but they are educated and mature kids convince their both side parents. Now, there are settled in London both are same caste.
• My dad side close relative – 9^th class love story – matured couple both are inter- caste marriage. Presently there are settled in USA
• My father’s younger brother - son married to inter religion unexpected marriage held, he had finished his education and both are working – Hyderabad.

Also all are living happily, educated, find jobs with working high salaries.

Did Maruthi Rao don’t know that about Amrutha love affair

My Answer:

• How parents know that their child is in love? Their secret code languages and mobile data names are unidentified, secret holiday trips, their friends, etc.

You said that your father own brother’s son watching porn and you have compliant about that to their parents.

My answer:

• You belong to your father and his brother's son family matters are different.
• In this whole world, male domination regarding porn - Where you can’t judge anyone regarding any family or their own personal matters. Try to obey this truth!
• Boys have right to watch porn but for a girl it is treated as sin to watch porn

My answer:

• You may not know - What exactly happened behind Pranay death? Pranay parent’s caste and status feeling.

My Answer:

• You need to learn about OC, ST, SC, OBC and their reservations.
• Generally, you were more attracted to ST, SC, and OBC from Childhood that’s why; you fell in love and married him. – Psychology statement.
• Anyhow – Court will give judgment - should wait for time – What made them to kill your husband?

My answer:

• What is the main reason behind Pranay statue?
• Are you are against of reservation?
• Or you wants to show about love birds and love marriage to each parent?

• Why government is not taking action on this Pranay statue issue?
• Why government is giving 8,00,000 rupees for Pranay died? What is the Reason behind?
• Why media highlighting politician seat for you? Anyhow to become a politician it is an good idea!

• Why trust in the name of Pranay?
• Tammineni Veerabhadram offered MLA seat to Amrutha? Kancha Ilaiah (Indian writer) is against of caste - Arya Vysya Caste?

• Why you need father property when you are saying to kill my father?
• All are saying Pranay is dalit but when you see their home – It looks like  that there are not dalit?

Who is important in life dad or Pranay?

My Answer:

• No one girl in this world can’t answer to this question – Who is important dad or husband in life.  
• These types of questions should avoidable because for a girl after marriage she belongs husband side whether the marriage life is good or bad.
• Because after marriage surname is changed, basically girl lives certain life with her father and mother and rest of the life she lives with her husband, in- laws, and kids.

MY FIRST VISIT TO IKEA – HYDERABAD

On 03 October 2018 (Wednesday), we (Me, my father and my mother) went to IKEA

Before going to the Topic, let’s see - What is IKEA?

IKEA is a Swedish-founded multinational group that sells furniture, kitchen appliances and home accessories.

Founder:

Feodor Ingvar Kamprad was a Swedish business magnate best known for founding IKEA, a multinational retail company

Let’s discuss about IKEA in Hyderabad, India

1. Store will have 1000 employees which are written in a website but according to my knowledge 1000 employees are not sufficient.

2. We went at 3 PM and return back to the home at 09:30 and almost it took six hours to see the entire and to understand the goods and services.

3. IKEA Foods are very good with good self services and excellent in Taste and the rates are also reasonable.

Drawbacks:

All things in IKEA store which were written in Sweden Language even there are providing Food with a Tooth Pick and Sweden Flag.

I don’t know why? This is India and they are providing Sweden Flag

4. Bathrooms are very hygiene and they are providing fresh water and drinking water too.

5. Not parking Tickets, Very vast area for car parking with services of so many employees in parking zone at IKEA.

6. Customer is a God: IKEA is having good business tactics. I Recommend MBA Students go to IKEA and do some mini projects on Customer services, Customer psychology, Consumers Reviews, etc.

In My MBA College days time, I done CONSUMER PSYCHOLOGY IN MARKETING project as a VISITOR at MORE MEGA STORE, Nizampet Branch (Hyderabad) this project is said by my Head of department (HOD).

I likewise you can do many mini excellent projects and you can add up this in your resume by the College HOD permissions.

7. Most of the products or goods are manufacture in India. I didn’t find any Sweden goods.

8. I like Billing Section is good planning:

Rs. 1000 below cost items are in one side

1000 above are in one section,

Billing orders are in one section,

Which are in ground floor - godown area, there are making good awareness about - How godown look like?

9. Total area is 13 acres but it is looking like 15 acres – I seen this in local newspapers in Telugu.

10. IKEA is providing website services where you can apply for jobs in IKEA for part time jobs. Thus, IKEA is planning to hire 15,000 workers.

11. IKEA is providing wheel chairs for visitors.

12. IKEA is having friendly environment where you can ask any doubts and we  will receive response with hospitality.

13. IKEA's First India Store was launched by Minister Kalvakuntla Taraka Rama Rao (KTR) at Hyderabad

14. The working employees in IKEA are able to speak and understand Telugu. It is a very good point.

So, one should have patience and wait for good time. That is one of the leadership qualities.
