As, I am a beautician adviser - Today, I like to share some skin care tips - How to protect your skin also how to remove dark circles on the face.

Dark discoloration of the skin under the eye is mainly referred to as dark circles. It is also known as dark rings or shadows.

Causes of Dark Circles:

Hereditary, Broken Blood Vessels, Anaemia, Hyper pigmentation, Nutritional Causes, Allergies, Dehydration, Smoking and Lack of Sleep. It is important to know that our human body 70% inner beauty depends on the food you eat and 30% of outer beauty depends on facial creams, face packs etc.,..

Tips to avoid dark circles:

1. Potatoes:

Take 2 slices of potato pieces. Close your eyes and keep these pieces on the eyes for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, wash your face with warm water. Potatoes act as a bleaching agent to lighten the skin.

2.  Cucumber:

Cucumber can be used to get rid of dark circles under your eyes fast. Cucumber acts as a cooling agent and has skin lightening properties. Cut a fresh cucumber in thick slices and apply to the affected skin area with eyes closed for about 10 minutes. For best use of the result, have 1 glass of fresh cucumber juice with 2 spoons of lemon or honey in the morning diet.

3. Rose Water:

Soak cotton eye pads in rose water for a few minutes. Place these cotton pads on closed eyes for about 15-20 minutes. Rose water has effective skin care properties and soothes the skin around eyes. Rose water is the most effective way to get rid of dark circles and it also works as a good skin toner.

Tomatoes are very helpful for lightening your skin to a large extent.  Having Tomato juice every day in your afternoon diet is the most effective way to get rid of dark circles faster. Before 5 minutes of bath, apply the raw tomato juice for face as well as body every day for the best result.

As, I am a beautician adviser -Today, I like to share some skin care tips for you in this winter how you can protect your skin.

Generally, Summer time is great to protect your skin from cold and also feels young and alive. But as winter approaches your skin begins to dry and you feel uncomfortably and itchy. What do you do?

So, here is the best solution for your skin in winter season:

1. Skin:

Exfoliating your skin regularly is an effective way to rid the skin of dead cells, which tend to be dry in winter. Best way to avoid dryness – Before going to have a bath daily apply milk or curd to the body and face, leave it for 2 minutes and have bath with warm water. For best results of your skin care avoid soaps.

Good looking Lips give a charming effect to the beauty of both men and women. Best results for your good looking lips – Apply ghee when you’re at home and when you’re in the office or going out use standard lip balm or lip gloss. Thus, lips are one of the most basic features that define your face and expressions.

3. Hair:

The winter season not only harms your skin but your hair as well. Oiling your hair everyday leaves you dryness, hair fall, dandruff and also splits. Best use to avoid spits and hair fall apply oily oil 2 or 4 drops before bath and also avoid highly concentrated shampoos. Use only natural shampoo for hair oil based.

READ THIS BOOK: EMPOWERING WOMEN - BY LOUISE L. HAY

Your inner voice is the voice of divinity. To hear it, we need to be in solitude, even in crowded places. -  A. R. Rahman Quote

Name of the book – EMPOWERFUL WOMEN (Every woman’s guide to successful living) which is written by ― Louise L. Hay (American motivational author)

This book is all about a women and woman empowerment also shows how Louise L. Hay gave counselling to the readers and learners.

Book published by - Hay House Publishers (India) Pvt Ltd

Copyrights @1997 by Louise L. Hay

First Indian edition - Year 2008

I read edition - Eight Reprint - Year 2017

Printed at -Repro Knowledge Limited, India

My observations after reading this book:

1.Everyone have to read this book – In this book you will find how she motivated herself in differ situations in the daily life like ongoing clock wise.

2. She mention few words that a self-worth and self-esteem are important in life but I strongly say most of the people give less importance for this word self-worth, here most of the persons never identify that they are good in heart.

Likewise, she mentions how to gain confidence in front of mirror, she states that mirror reflection is the impact of the self-worth I agree this point.

3. Self-sacrifice kills the one who sacrifices: Now in this modern age or modern time year 2020+ have no place for Self-sacrifice who do sacrifice is shame by society.

4. I feel in my heart that these words made my day happy when I was reading these lines.

– Are you willing to love yourself and to move on into richness and fullness of life? In Page - 21

5. We think an average of 60,000 thoughts a day, and most of them are the same thoughts repeat.

I agree but sometimes it is not to be judged as there is no research data present that women think 60,000 a day.

6. I am impressed in this point:

Fashions in love change from country to country and century to century.

7. I wonder that Louise L. Hay is always straight forward in nature. Here, she added some names which I have observed in this book.

Those are:

Christiane Northrup

Eleanor Roosevelt

Sonja Johnson

Dr. Andrew

Jennifer Coburn

Mira Kirshenbaum

Doreen Virtue

Carol Hansen

Dr. Deepak Chopra

Maggie Kuhn

Gail Sheehy

WORLD AIDS DAY 2020

Today, I like to express some words relating to AIDS. AIDS is a dangerous disease now a day’s medical health awareness came into existence.

What is AIDS?

(HIV causes AIDS and interferes with the body's ability to fight infections.

The virus can be transmitted through contact with infected blood, semen or vaginal fluids.

Within a few weeks of HIV infection, flu-like symptoms such as fever, sore throat and fatigue can occur. Then the disease is usually asymptomatic until it progresses to AIDS. AIDS symptoms include weight loss, fever or night sweats, fatigue and recurrent infections.

No cure exists for AIDS, but strict adherence to antiretroviral regimens (ARVs) can dramatically slow the disease's progress as well as prevent secondary infections and complications.)

The interesting fact here  is to discuss about the situation relating to coronavirus too.

The AIDS day came into existing in the year 1988 on December 1st.

When I was studying Intermediate (10+2) – M.E.C (MATHS, ECONOMIC, COMMERCE) the college notice and came to know that AIDS cases are being increased particularly during pregnancy time.

No touching, no hugs, no food from outside, frequency cleaning hands, not to eat Pani Puri street food during pregnancy and beware of HIV or AIDS people not to touch their hands.

Yes, I agree there are the people who face HIV or AIDS in early stages also  and for students too.

One day, who passed exams with 92 percentage in Intermediate (10+2) (Sri Chaitanya Junior College) in our classmates in my class has given Pani Puri party beside of my college building.

As if it’s my first time I heard about this Hyderabadi famous street food…they keep a very hygiene climate and it was a very spicy food.

I will explain about my first-time experience of eating one Pani Puri and two of sweet Puri’s in my next upcoming article… keep reading…

Who ate this Pani Puri in a very bad environment, they faced problems of AIDS and HIV cases were increasing day by day!

Dr SAMARAM - https://www.youtube.com/user/DRSAMARAM came into media and started doing awareness for students.

Also, I have seen some entertainment channels did programs in telugu language introducing HIV and AIDS patients like playing games showing friendly about not to be afraid of this disease and making health awareness like counselling.

These are the points which are said by AIDS patients.

Separate tiffin plate

Separate glass water bottles

Separate bathroom

Separate bed

Separate bedroom

Need attention - Feel loving nature and caring

And there are unbelievable situations that students also faced this disease by the drop a blood in food.

It was published in Newspaper that while cutting vegetables if the nail got cut and blood flows then immediately the food should be thrown in the dustbin. You will find so much food which is thrown and wasted in dustbin on streets.

GHMC cleans the full street once in a week and a lot of smell on those days.

Remember:

Even COWS and BUFFALO MILK are being tested, then only milk is supplied to people on those days.

Here, I give conclusion AIDS mainly spread by sex.

It is an unbelievable fact that even STREET DOGS were infected by this disease. And those dogs bite the man/women, this disease got spread widely. The PIGS are also killed and buried separately.

Now a days, health awareness came and not to be worry of HIV and AIDS cases are decreasing day by day – World Health organization

The pandemic situation of COVID-19 of Coronavirus also appears to be like this.
