When
you eat food at lunch time, it feel like “sleepy mood”.
This
naps helpful to maintain good healthy life brings peace of mind.
For
example:
In my
school time, principal allotted students to sleep in teacher meeting time for a
half hour.
Likewise,
When
you wake up you feel stressed that you have to fresh up, eat food well, travel
to the office, carry your food, thinking about personal work, etc.
So,
every morning you feel stress to remove the stress in mind - Facebook and
Google encouraged employees to sleep.
NOTE:
First
things first,
This
naps, time plan was first implemented in Google only…… Later, all companies
adopted this strategy.
