Today, I have watched this Documentary or film name - The Social Dilemma. Most of the film is all about social media and most of the time – It is all about how it influences teenagers in daily life mainly for “Generation Alpha” and “Generation Z” and mental health.
It’s like an interviews and
interviewees, participants in these
interviews are from the technology world like Google, Apple, etc.
My reviews in this documentary:
Let’s have a debate:
Once upon a time, every one used
to read hard copy newspaper, magazines. Now everyone is using their mobile phone
to take it into the bathroom. How about this point?
Jaron Lanier author wrote
a book - Ten Arguments for Deleting Your Social Media Accounts Right Now
in the year 2018. I agree with his words, I have deleted my social media
accounts. Now I feel good also feeling like I have a lot of time living in real
life.
In MBA, I have a subject
names called Management of change and Management of technology. This
film or Documentary comes under in these books.
Jaron Lanier said when you like a
post, it not only influences you and other third person know your psychology.
On hearing that I realised. Of course, so many people don’t know about this point
that they make constant mistakes.
Shoshana Zuboff author said social
media is like a spider. I agree with her words and this generation can handle
it in a wide scope. I am neutral about these words.
Anna Lembke said social media is
like a drug addiction. In India, people can view or access any kind of website
where there is no age bar then it should be taken immediate action to stop by
google. The good thing here that parents control children. India is great!
Frankly speaking - Second half of
this film is completely boring.
One point I like to express here –
I saw a word called propaganda. Same meaning and pronunciation is same in
Telugu language. You can see dictionary in the library. It’s funniest thing I recommend
you to see this word.
What may be change – I am a blog
writer. I have a google Blogspot. Now its features are changed and it’s so hard
to maintain in settings.
Tech experts say that technology is all about algorithms that cannot
say in one word. What about your views?
My conclusion:
This film or documentary might influence
many countries but not India.
My review: 4.2****
Thank you
for reading and viewing!
