KNOW MORE ABOUT ACETONE - Product analysis

Acetone is a flammable solvent that is commonly found in nail polish remover. Basically, there are two different kinds of nail polish removers: acetone and non-acetone. Acetone cannot pass into the dermis or basal level of the skin and none will pass through the nail plate. So clearly, it is not absorbed into the blood stream. But it will break the damaged nails as well as new growing skin and nails.

(Definition of Dermis: The lower or inner layer of the two main layers of cells that make up the skin. The dermis contains blood vessels, lymph vessels, hair follicles, and glands that produce sweat, which helps regulate body temperature, and sebum, an oily substance that helps keep the skin from drying out. Sweat and sebum reach the skin's surface through tiny openings in the skin that act as pores.)

Whereas, Non-acetone nail polish removers are perfect for acrylics and other types of artificial nails, but can also be used on natural nails. While non-acetone removers won’t destroy artificial nails, they can sometimes take longer to dissolve polish. They also tend to have a less intense scent than acetone removers. Cutex’s non-acetone Nail Polish Removers are specially formulated to work faster than other traditional non-acetone removers.

But as I am a certificated beautician and MBA (HR) my advice – please stop using Acetone for nails. Use only Nail Polish thinner/cleaner and Nail polish remover. Nail Polish thinner/cleaner is used to clean nails and if your nails were covered with nail polish then use nail polish remover. Acetone is for cracked nails, bad smell nails, inching nails and for specific nails only.

Case Study:

In present days, beauticians are using Acetone for manicure and pedicure. When Acetone is used client feels that nails are cleaned but after a few hours again nails losses the shine and also beautiful looks.

Cheap business trick: How can clients should visit more times – By using acetone clients visit to beauty parlour more and more times. Note: Client means visitor – Beautician jargon. Here is the picture of Natural Care of nail remover in India Products.

BENEFITS OF CLINICAL DECISION SUPPORT SYSTEMS (CDSS) IN HOSPITALS AND CLINICS

(Hr Interview, Question and answers asked in Industry ARC)

1. Information Technology System:
A clinical decision support system (CDSS) is a health information technology system that is designed to assist physicians and other health professionals with clinical decision-making tasks.

2. Clinical decision support (CDSS):
A clinical decision support system has been defined as an “active knowledge systems, which use two or more items of patient data to generate case-specific advice.” This implies that a CDSS is simply a decision support system that is focused on using knowledge management in such a way to achieve clinical advice for patient care based on multiple items of patient data.

3. Clinical decision support in Hospitals:

Knowledge-based CDSS:

Most CDSSs consist of three parts: the knowledge base, an inference engine, and a mechanism to communicate. The knowledge base contains the rules and associations of compiled data which most often take the form of IF-THEN rules. The inference engine combines the rules from the knowledge base with the patient’s data. The communication mechanism allows the system to show the results to the user as well as have input into the system.

Non-knowledge-based CDSS:

CDSSs that do not use a knowledge base use a form of artificial intelligence called machine learning, which allow computers to learn from past experiences and/or find patterns in clinical data. This eliminates the need for writing rules and for expert input. Nevertheless, they can be useful as post-diagnostic systems. Two types of non-knowledge-based systems are artificial neural networks and genetic algorithms.

3. Future scope:

CDSSs will be most beneficial in the future when healthcare facilities are "100% electronic" in terms of real-time patient information, thus simplifying the number of modifications that have to occur to ensure that all the systems are up to date with each other.

4. Clinical tasks:

Much effort has been put forth by many medical institutions and software companies to produce viable CDSSs to support all aspects of clinical tasks. However, with the complexity of clinical workflows and the demands on staff time high, care must be taken by the institution deploying the support system to ensure that the system becomes a fluid and integral part of the clinical workflow. Some CDSSs have met with varying amounts of success, while others have suffered from common problems preventing or reducing successful adoption and acceptance.

INDIAN MOVIES FAILING TO GET ACCLAMATION'S DESPITE HEAVY BUDGETS

Indian movies like Bombay Velvet, I (Tamil), Uttam Villan (Tamil), etc which had released recently failed to make a good impression among the audience. Despite investing hefty amounts on the Cinematography, Productions Sets, Costumes, Make Up and Visual effects, these movies didn’t get much income at the Box office.

Though the international lineup is good , the Indian movie list is average compared to the ones screened last year . The problem is because not many movies were submitted for screening , say experts.

“A film may not work now just because it has been mounted on a lavish scale and has a star in it. Even the big star film has to be made with an appropriate price and mounted accordingly. What has happened is that films have been made at exorbitant prices when the content doesn’t warrant that kind of spending, and therefore have been unable to recover ROI,” Rudrarup Datta, VP, Marketing at Viacom 18 Motion Pictures, which produced “Queen”, told Reuters.

Therefore, it is essential for the Indian film industry to spend less budgets on the big starred movies and focus more on presenting a heart touching story to the audience with good cinematography and art.

Now the Telugu people of India are waiting for the heavy budget movie ‘Baahubali’ which stars Prabas, Anushka and Rana in the lead characters. Hope this is not a failure the box office like the ones that are released this year :)
