Quora - HOW DO I MANAGE TWO MAIL ACCOUNTS WITHOUT CONFUSING MYSELF TO USE WHICH ONE

I have answered a question in Quora which is asked by a Quora follower:

  • Every person who use internet have two or more Email Accounts.
  • If you have any disturb that you are not able to remember.
  • Just write in a book or diary or note pad etc,
  • Are you have trust worthy person - in your family with seniors or elders person -  give then these passwords and tell them to hide it and personal data
  • If you miss your email id they will remind you. 
  • And this generation like using G mails, YouTube, Whats app etc………. You need to maintain 2 accounts are most.
  • You can observer same thing happens when you are finding jobs search - The interviewer ask you to submit two email id for recruitment or send you to company interviews - Vacancy.

CONDOLENCES TO VIJAYA NIRMALA FAMILY

Actress Vijaya Nirmala was born in February 20, 1944 (Tamil Nadu) and died on June 27, 2019 in Hyderabad with Heart Attack.

Let’s see some interesting facts about her achievement.

1) Vijaya Nirmala is the first actress from Tollywood has entered into Guinness Book of Records as the female director of the most films.

2) In 2008, she received the Raghupathi Venkaiah Award for her contributions to Telugu cinema.

3) Vijaya Nirmala’s father is also worked in film production and her father is also a mentor for her film career.

My conclusion:
I have seen her movie - Sahasame naa Oopiri (1973) with my Grand Father who is my  Telugu Teacher Late. Ranganadha Guptha (Diploma in Pharmacy).

Grand Father has a habit of reading 6 Newspapers and 2 Magazines also watching 4 oldest Telugu movies daily.

After few days, I asked my parents – Is Vijaya Nirmala alive or Died. My mother shows me Actor Vijaya Nirmala photos in Telugu Newspaper – Eenadu.

Whenever, my grandfather visits to Markapur or when he visit Hyderabad, he clear my doubts about understand Telugu, Tamil and Malayalam too. 

She is the director for many films but I don’t know have any knowledge on it.

RESUME GLOSSARY

Creativity: 
It is a phenomenon whereby something new and somehow valuable is formed. The created item may be intangible or a physical object.

360 Degree Feedback: 
This is the feedback taken from all sources, such as superiors, suppliers, subordinates, peers, clients and others.

Info graphics:
Info graphics are graphic visual representations of information, data or knowledge intended to present information quickly and clearly. They can improve cognition by utilizing graphics to enhance the human visual system's ability to see patterns and trends.

Job Description: 
It is defined as a broad, general, and written statement of a specific job, based on the findings of a job analysis. It generally includes duties, purpose, responsibilities, scope, and working conditions of a job along with the job's title, and the name or designation of the person to whom the employee reports. Job description usually forms the basis of job specification.

Job Specification: 
It is defines the knowledge, skills and abilities that are required to perform a job in an organization. Job specification covers aspects like education, work-experience, managerial experience etc which can help accomplish the goals related to the job. Job specification helps in the recruitment & selection process, evaluating the performance of employees and in their appraisal & promotion. Job specification, along with job description, is actually derived from job analysis. Collectively, job specification and job description help in giving a overview of the job in terms of its title, position, roles, responsibilities, education, experience, workplace etc.

Soft leadership: 
It is defined as the process of setting goals; influencing people through persuasion; building strong teams; negotiating them with a win-win attitude; respecting their failures; hand holding them; motivating them constantly; aligning their energies and efforts; recognizing and appreciating their contribution in accomplishing organizational goals and objectives with an emphasis on soft skills. It is based on the right mindset, skill set, and toolset.

Soft Skills: 
These are the skills, abilities and traits related to one’s personality, attitude, and behavior.

Skill: 
It is the ability to carry out a task with determined results often within a given amount of time, energy, or both. Skills can often be divided into domain-general and domain-specific skills.

Resume: 
Formal presentation of a job applicant's education, skills, and work experience.

Interview: 
The word interview comes from Latin and middle French words meaning to “see between” or “see each other”.

Psychometric tests: 
It is a standard and scientific method used to measure individuals' mental capabilities and behavioral style.

Motivation: 
Motivation is an important factor which encourages persons to give their best performance and help in reaching enterprise goals.

Summarize: 
To express the most important facts or ideas about something or someone in a short and clear form

Human Resource: 
The department of a business or organization that deals with the hiring, administration, and training of staff.

Accomplishment
Something that is successful, or that is achieved after a lot of work or effort.

Manager: 
An individual who is in charge of a certain group of tasks, or a certain subset of a company.

Interviewer: 
A person who interviews someone, especially as a job or  the person who takes the interview of somebody.

Interviewee: 
A person who is interviewed. in other words the person who gives an interview.

Performance appraisal: 
It is a systematic process in which employee’s job performance is evaluated in relation to the projects on which employee has worked and his contribution to the organization. It is also known as an annual review or performance review.

Leader: 
A person who influences a group of people towards the achievement of a goal.

Attitude: 
It can be explained as way of behavior, way of conduct, way of interaction with people, ethical moral values.

Business: 
It is an occupation or trade and the purchase and sale of products or services to make a profit.

Business Process Outsourcing (BPO): 
It is a subset of outsourcing that involves contracting the operations and responsibilities for a particular business process to a third-party service provider.

Organizational culture: 
It is encompasses values and behaviors that contribute to the unique social and psychological environment of a business.

Training: 
An educational transfer of information re a particular skill.

Salary: 
The payment of an employee by the employer for their services which may be measured in reference to a period of time.

Salary Negotiation: 
A negotiation between the applicant and employer to determine a salary.

Skill: 
Ability, expertise, or capacity in a particular area.

SMART Goals: 
Specific, measurable, attainable, realistic, and time-bound.

Social Networking Site: 
An online community designed to connect users. 

Soft Skills: 
Qualities those are difficult or intangible to define as opposed to hard skills which can be directly measured

Strategic Networking: 
The process of meeting people with the intent of using the relationships gained as a resource in the future.

Recruit: 
A recently enlisted member of a group.

Recruitment: 
The process of looking for new employees to hire.

Resume Fraud: 
Resume Fraud (a part of application fraud) is the act of providing fabricated or exaggerated claims in a resume.  This is sometimes referred to as Resume Padding.

Resume Objective: 
Resume Objectives provide context to your goal for employment.  These are helpful for HR persons who are trying to better understand an applicant and their prospective role within a company.

Resume Writing Service: 
A professional service whereby professional resume writers craft a resume that is tailored to your goals and experiences.

Retire: 
Cease employment with a company, industry, and/or leave the work force.

Qualifications: 
The combination of a person’s experience, education and skill sets that designates them as an appropriate fit for a particular job.

Perk: 
Short for perquisite; benefits the employer supplies to augment a cash salary.

Personality Assessment: 
A psychological test intended to determine your motivation, personal interests and values, actions, and attitude.

Personnel: 
A company’s work force.

Personnel Officer: 
Responsible for finding and training new hires and managing new employees as well as other human resource issues.

Promotion: 
The progression in status or position at a company usually accompanied with increases in responsibility and salary.

Objective: 
A goal or target; See Resume Objective.

Letter of Recommendation: 
A form of referral correspondence structured in the form of a letter during which the writer helps convey an applicant’s strengths especially softer skills, such as characteristics or personal qualities one possesses, the ability to perform particular functions or tasks that may be required for a potential job, and explain the applicants’ eligibility on a more personal level.

KSA: 
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Job Site: 
A website designed to match job seekers with job openings.

Job Seeker: 
A person who is searching for gainful employment.

Illegal Questions on Interview: 
Questions that interviewer are legally not allowed to ask because they may demonstrate favoritism or prejudice. Such examples may be racial, religious, gender, or disability discrimination.

Interview: 
A meeting between two parties (typically an interviewer and an interviewee) to determine whether a potential employee is suitable for the job and the company.

Head Hunters: 
An occupation of obtaining specific human resources sometimes called an employment recruiter or an executive recruiter.

Graphology: 
A study that attempts to glean information of the character of the person writing, by examining their handwriting

Group Interview:
Group Interview are the interview format/style where several applicants are interviewed at the same time sometimes used in the retail sector.


Federal Resume: 
It is a resume that is specifically formatted to apply for government Jobs.

Fire: 
To release from employment; to dismiss.

Fluent: 
The excellent ability to understand, communicate, and write in any language.

Functional Resume: 
A type of resume format that emphasizes and arrays information by skills and experience, rather than the chronology of your work and education experience.

Functional Skills: 
The set of skills that employers analyze along with career specific skills; these skills include: communication, optimism, resourcefulness, ability to work as part of a team, etc.

Education: 
The instruction received during a culmination of studies, and career training.
                                 
Experience: 
Previous positions held at other jobs, and on a resume, applicants should include dates.

Description: 
The description of the responsibilities and other characteristics of a job and/ or job opportunity, sometimes provided in an advert or employee handbook.

Career Specific Skills: 
Abilities or expertise that relate to a specific career usually consisting of relevant education, special certifications, and relevant career experience

Chronological Resume: 
A resume format, which organizes your experience and previous career information by time, listing your experiences in order from the least recent to the most current.

Consultant: 
Experienced specialists that fulfill, augment human resource, or knowledge needs

Cover Letter: 
An introductory letter that is usually sent with a resume or preceding a resume.

Curriculum Vitae: 
It is similar to a resume and it is frequently used in certain professional and academia.  A CV is usually more formal than a resume, but does not imply a certain document length relative to a resume.

Background: 
A summary of an individual’s education, training, and work experience.

Ability Assessment: 
A test that may be administered by a potential employer to verify job seeker’s depth and areas of expertise.


Application Form: 
A form used by employers to collect standard information about applicants; usually required in addition to a cover letter and resume.  An application form may require that certain legal forms be signed for employment consideration; e.g. a consent authorization form for background check.
