FIRST TIME I HAVE TASTED FRESH RED RAW DATES IN HYDERABAD

On 17th June 2021,

My father took me to Punjagutta Metro Station (Hyderabad) in his car to meet his client, after meeting the client on the way back home to Kukatpally.

My father purchased Fresh Sweet Black Dates for salads for daily usage in Erragadda Fruit Market.

(In Hyderabad, Erragadda fruit market is very famous and also it has a 100 years old history, you will find low price, fresh fruits all time available, you will find all small business sellers and vendors on the roadside in this place).

While we were purchasing dates in the fruit market at Erragadda, I saw a red colour of small tiny fruits from long distances in a shop. It looks like Litchi fruit which I have tasted in Nepal. You can go and search in my blog about my Nepal journey of temple special tour.

Headline: “MY JOURNEY (HOLIDAY TRIP) TOWARDS HYDERABAD-KASI-NEPAL AND RETURN BACK TO HYDERABAD IN THE MONTH OF JUNE-2014”. – By MaddaliSwetha

When I went near to see that red colour fruit, it is not a Litchi fruit it’s a raw date which is in red colour like apple outlook or structure of the dates look like. Until now, I have eaten 13 types of dates and this one is number 14 which are available in Hyderabad.

Immediately, I purchased and brought it home and surprised my mother by showing it to her. She appreciated me, and washed it in water with added raw salt.

She has served it on a plate. We (My Father, My Mother and Me) have eaten happily. For the first time I have seen and tasted these fresh red raw dates.

NOTE:

Raw dates are very Nutritious, high in fiber, useful for weight loss, reduce heart related disease, improve brain function by eating it every day in our diet and also prevent bone-related issues.

THANKING KALAGURA GAMPA FOR THE VIDEO ON MUSTARD MICRO GREENS

Good morning to Sreedevi Patlolla,

(Founder and creator of Kalagura Gampa – YouTube channel)

 Mustard Micro greens Tamarind Rice

I am Maddali Laxmi Swetha from Hyderabad, India.

On 31st May, 2021

I have watched your video on YouTube Channel about how to grow mustard seeds, then immediately I have planted mustard seeds on a pot.

I got very good results within 5 days. The plant has grown well.

After it grows, my mother - Maddali Indira (She is in Pink saree in the above picture) made the recipe by watching your video by following step by step how you cooked which you have shown.

The Pulihora recipe was wonderful. We enjoyed it a lot on that day.

When we were eating together and tasting this delicious food recipe (Mustard Microgreens Tamarind Rice), we felt like the DIWALI festival had come.

Also, we used these microgreens for vegetable salads and vegetable curries also.

Planting mustard seeds is the best thing I did in these Coronavirus lock down days – Year 2021.

It’s a happy day for me :)

Thank you very much. Please, have a look at the below pictures - How my mustard plant grew within 5 days?

These are the mustard seeds I have planted.

After I have planted seeds in a pot. Within 24 hours it grew quickly and the results came – the
plant looks like this.

Day 3 - Mustard Microgreens came like this

Day 5 - Mustard Microgreens grown like leafy look and it is prepared to eat.

HAPPY WORLD ENVIRONMENT DAY YEAR 2021

The butterfly counts not months but moments, and has time enough. - Rabindranath Tagore Quote

Good morning to all my blog readers and viewers. Welcome to my blog – Maddali Swetha Blog

Today is a Happy World Environment Day Year 2021.

On this happy day, I want to share some interesting things which I like in my life, of course that is also an interesting thing where you can also always recollect your happy moments.

Did You Know What I Am Saying?

Okay, I am coming directly to the point – It’s all about BUTTERFLIES (In telugu language butterfly is called as à°¸ీà°¤ాà°•ోà°•à°šిà°²ుà°•).

Every day, I used to see different colours of butterflies and when I see them, I felt like I became a small kid.

That inner feeling you can understand when you see the butterfly flying around you in different colours.

Butterflies are nature’s gift to earth and our livelihood.

Nowadays, there are a smaller number of butterflies visible on the earth. Only you can see them in parks.

Once upon a time, there were numerous butterflies I used to see and enjoy the beauty of nature.

But in recent years, the butterflies are not seen anywhere due to Environmental Pollution causes.

MY CONCLUSION:

Butterflies are to be alive and we have to show the beauty of the nature gift to kids and if there are no butterflies, it will be in the books as imaginary images in future days.

These are the some of the things that one has to remember in This World Environmental Day Year 2021:

  • We have to protect butterflies; Global Warming is becoming worse day by day.

  • Please plant trees and gift plants only useful plants as a birthday gift to your friends.

  • Protecting Ozone Layer is the best golden gift you can give to the next upcoming generations.

  • Please water the plants.

  • Use Eco-friendly products.
