The best point I like in this book:

Customers demand quicker service and better products, so we need everyone to contribute their talent.

Managers must be both results-oriented and people-oriented.

Productivity is more than just the quantity of work done. It is also the quality

80/20 rule - 80 your important results and 20% your goals.

 

My views on this book:

This is the best book for Stock broker field, marketing field, Insurance and real estate’s field.

It teaches you better communication skills and human skills.

It looks like one-to-one communication – reading and writing style.

Some sentences were repeated and boring.

So many English grammar mistakes I found – Maybe, it is book editing mistakes.
