SHARING MY EXPERIENCE ON INTERNATIONAL YOGA DAY

Hi! Welcome to my Blog – Maddali Swetha blog (Ideas can be changing). Today I would like to share my experiences or a talk on the international yoga day.

International yoga day falls on 21 June every year in the calendar. Right! Even I do yoga and meditation every day which is in my time schedule of day-to-day activities.

The point which I like to discuss is one of the important poses in yoga that is – Bow pose (Dhanurasana) - Dhanu = bow, Asana = pose

Dhanurasana is a back bending asana where you lock your body and relax your mind for a few seconds also you will hold your breathe.

There are different types of Dhanurasana posture such as

Parsva Dhanurasana

Purna Dhanurasana

Akarna Dhanurasana

Urdhva Dhanurasana

Only some can do all 4 poses but some have body flexibility they can do these asanas (poses).  Why I am mentioning this Dhanurasana specially on yoga day is – this pose shows how your knees and heart is working and stimulates brain activity.

And also, if you are having stress. This bow poses quickly acts like a stress buster, it will reduce stress and make you calm and live in the present state of mind. Here is the image of bow pose which I considered it special on yoga day.

My conclusion:

On 21 June 2024, I have seen many people were doing yoga all over the world which was telecasted in all channels in India.

While I was doing yoga, I felt like to say something to my readers and viewers about sharing my experience, especially about Dhanurasana – the bow poses on the occasion of this international yoga day.

Thank you for reading and viewing!

CONDOLENCES TO PADMA VIBHUSHAN RAMOJI RAO FAMILY MEMBERS

Hi! Good morning to all readers and viewers of my blog – Maddali Swetha Blog (Ideas can be life changing), Hyderabad, India.

Today morning when I wake up at 6AM and took a bath, preparing for puja and also waiting for Eenadu Newspaper.

After the newspaper came, I was watching - YouTube Homepage and it was displayed Ramoji Rao is not feeling well.

But at 7:53 AM – It was displayed that Ramoji Rao was died (08 June 2024 – Saturday) - while he was undergoing treatment at Star Hospital, Hyderabad, Telangana.

Here are my deep condolences but before that I like to talk about him in my blog - some words to generation alpha students.

Who is this Media legend (The king of media) - Cherukuri Ramoji Rao?

Cherukuri Ramoji Rao is also called Ramoji Rao.

He was born on 16 November 1936 and died on 8 June 2024.

Indian Businessman - Margadarsi Chit Fund (1962), Ramadevi Public School, Priya Foods (1973), Kalanjali (1992) and the RAMOJI FILM CITY (1996)

Media Entrepreneur - Eenadu newspaper (1974), ETV Network (1995)

Film Producer - Ushakiran Movies (1983)

In the year 2016, he was honoured by the Government of India - Padma Vibhushan for his contributions in literature, education, and journalism.

He was also called as heart of telugu people

My deep Condolences to Padma Vibhushan Ramoji Rao Family Members:

My telugu teacher used to say – if you want to learn telugu, learn from Eenadu newspaper not from books. That much knowledge Ramoji Rao has created in telugu language.

By seeing him – How much time was dedicated to his work to improve young youth to be on a right track. The ETV Margadarsi show is an example.

He is the first person to achieve RAMOJI FILM CITY as middle-class people can do honeymoon with low cost.

If I go on saying about Ramoji Rao and it goes on that much time and time management he has done in his life.

He has created many jobs for young people. Students will always remember his name forever.

I wanted to see him but couldn’t reach…. May his soul rest in peace.

Thank you for reading and viewing!

WHY DO YOU USE LAPTOP AND CELLPHONE? - By Maddali Laxmi Swetha

Hi! Welcome to my blog – Maddali Swetha Blog – Ideas can be life changing.

Today I would like to discuss a topic about technology, especially cell phones and laptops.

Since few months I have been getting questions but I am not getting the right answers to these questions which generation alpha is propagate by their nature of behaviour.

As this is Fast growing generation, students were not in the present mindset.

People were asking me these questions

– Swetha, you don’t have 300 friends, why do you use a cell phone? Why do you use it?

Swetha, you are not doing a job, why do you use a laptop? Why do you use it?

When one is using mobile means – to book a cab, bank accounts – google pay, LinkedIn, radio app, health track, WhatsApp, Netflix, Amazon shopping app, flipkart, swiggy, etc for personal use.

Now everything has been through mobile/cell phone only. If someone is not using mobile means he/she may have nomophobia.

Also, when one is using a laptop means – E-mails, LinkedIn, government websites, bank websites, MS. Office, blogging, etc for personal use also to store data in folders.

If someone is not using a laptop means they may be facing Technophobia and Cyberphobia. Right!

My conclusion:

As I did MBA and My hobby is writing blogs and I love research. I post an article in my laptop and check the preview in my cell phone. I watch movies. I read books. I create videos.

Note:

Now, the young generation is addicted to the technology world and not in the present world – the physical world.

Students were spoiling their education saying friendship, friendship, friendship and more friends also more connections.

It is not only their problem; our current education system is like this and exam paper corrections are very easy. Also, social media influences a lot.

That is the reason why they are getting these types of questions.
