This is the basic challenges and
basic skills that today’s generations are facing.
I will give some tips that are
useful for balancing work - life balance.
Psychological stress: In fact,
when you are in high stress you cannot concentrate on health like bad sleep
time, irregular food habits, etc.
So, balance your mind and do
exercise.
Exercise means 10 minutes
meditation with listening to water music. A morning walk or running for 20
minutes in sunlight, etc.
Work flexibility: Working
in high stress job will give you nothing.
It’s better you move on for new
job with same salary.
Personal Goals: So many are
facing depression these days that they are not able to balance their work and
life.
For instance, make a habit of
gardening (Gardening is like a agriculture) - you understand the nature,
patience and leadership skills.
The seed you plant, will never
grow in a hour or a minute. It’s takes time Right!
These are the key strategies for
maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
