NEW YEAR RESOLUTION FOR THE YEAR 2024 - BY MADDALI LAXMI SWETHA

Advance happy new year 2024 to all readers and viewers of my blog – Maddali Swetha Blog. Today I am sharing a new year resolution for the year 2024 and bye to the year 2023 😊.

HERE IS NEW YEAR RESOLUTION:

First health is first. If you have good health then you won prize that you have no diseases in your body.

How to maintain good health? – Take a notebook. Write the food you are eating with timings including hours, minutes and seconds too.

Note: Most of the families were paying bills for their health and also fell into debt. So, do not be in that category - maintain good health.

Second wealth. The word wealth means you can understand its money topic right! Remember as a student you have to pay an amount for an exams fee and college fee.

How to save money? – Every day save 10 rupees or 100 rupees or 1000 rupees from your pocket money – save it in your savings account in the bank and in the year-end 2025 make it as a fixed deposit in the bank and your money will increase.

Third Peace. The word peace means inner relaxation from your mind. Calmness.

How to find peace? – Take a notebook. Write what you did from morning to night and also maintain a to do list for tomorrow. Follow - The Eisenhower decision Matrix Theory.

Fourth Spiritual Knowledge. Never worry about tomorrow because you will never know what tomorrow is. So, be in the present and forget about the past.

How to increase spiritual Knowledge? – Take your religious book. Start reading one page a day. That will help - your time of making good decisions in your life.

Note: Here why I have mentioned spiritual Knowledge – As a student, you will gain knowledge from your class text books IQ (Intelligence Quotient). Reading spiritual books, you will gain knowledge on wisdom and morals – Build EQ (Emotional Quotient).

Sixth Technology and sleep. Technology is good as well as bad. Use technology in the correct way. So that you will not find a hard time of the day – Work life balance.

How to Maintain? Limit your screen time and sleep at 8pm every day. Wash your face and teeth before you sleep. Check your screen time frequently so that you will not waste the time. If you sleep at 8pm, you will awake at 6am – It’s a healthy sleep cycle.

Note: 80% out of 100% - Indians sleep before 8pm. That’s the reason, in India you will not find major and rare diseases. Indians are healthy as they wake up at 6 am and some awake at 4 am or 3 Pm (Brahma Muhurta).

All the best! 😊 Welcome to our new year 2024 in the calendar! 😊

MY DIWALI PICTURE - YEAR 2023

Diwali is a festival of lights. It is one of the biggest and grandest festivals celebrated mainly in India.

In telugu language - it is called Deepavali (à°¦ీà°ªావళి).

Deepavali falls during the month of October or November. It is celebrated after 20 days of the Dussehra festival.

Here are my pictures:

I have decorated the main door with lamps and rangoli with rice powder, turmeric and red kumkum powder. I have kept lamps on rangoli. Here it looks, see the image below:

HOW I CELEBRATED MY BIRTHDAY – OCTOBER 24, 2023, HYDERABAD, INDIA

Good morning to all my readers and viewers of my blog – maddali swetha Blog (IDEAS CAN BE LIFE CHANGING).

On October 24, 2023. I celebrated my birthday traditionally like every year in my life. But this time little bit differently because today is Dusshera festival too. Keep reading!

Early in the morning, I woke up - done nice head bath with neem water, wear new clothes, went to the pooja room and took blessings from my parents also went to temple.

At first, my father took me to Goddess Durga devi temple and took blessings and also give charity to Ananadanam as this is Dusshera festival which came on this special day. See the image below:

From there we went to Lord Hanuman temple. In this temple, lord Shiva, lord Rama and lord Naga deva and Navagraha Gods are there. Also, I poured water on lord shiva lingam.

I need to say one point here, few months back I went to Puttaparthi (Sri Sathya Sai district) in Andhra Pradesh. There my father gave amount for Ananadanam on occasion of my birthday. See the image below:

After returning home from temple, my siblings celebrated my birthday in Chutneys hotel, in orbit mall. After cake cutting, we had lunch and done window shopping.

As for the first time – We visited in orbit mall. So, we did window shopping there and also played games in game section. Totally we have spent 7 hours and returned back to home. See the images below:

Note:

At night, I got surprise that ISKCON Temple Attapur given me birthday blessings. See the image and videos below:
