SOME CONFUSING QUESTIONS THAT ARE ASKED IN INTERVIEWS

Make some points regarding these given questions whenever you are attending interviews.

These questions are relevant for both fresher’s and experience candidates.

1. TELL SOMETHING THAT I DON’T ABOUT YOU?

Example:
  • I am Maddali Laxmi Swetha, I done MBA in specialization in HR, (You can add your college name) College from Hyderabad, India.
  • I am class topper in B.Com (computers) college name (You can add your college name) from Hyderabad itself.

2. TELL ME DIFFERENT THINGS WHICH I LIKE TO KNOW OTHER THAN YOUR RESUME?
 
OR TELL ME ABOUT YOURSELF WHICH IS NOT IN YOUR RESUME SOMETHING INTERESTING?

Example:
  • I am class topper in Sanskrit subject in intermediate among seniors. 
  • I always do charity in form of books on occasion of my birthday only. 
  • I have done beautician course and I like to continue it in future also class topper in product research.
  • I have a personal blog was recently “I was listed in a book as a global leader for student advise category”.
  • I am an Anti-Ragging Advisor in My MBA College.
  • I got many appreciations from my director of my college and teachers.

3. HOW DO YOU SPEND TIME WHEN YOU ARE FREE?

Example:
  • Reading Books, Magazines, Newspapers, Booklets etc I collect the topics and paste them in my book which I like or which I don’t like.
  • I have a good habit watching any movie in any different languages I prefer comedy movies only. I like Radhika Sarathkumar and Arjan Bajwa.
  • I am a good Photographer like capturing nature beauty of birds mainly pigeons,
  • I keep a list of birthdays of people in my diary and greet them on their birthdays.

4. WHAT DO YOU DO 24 HOURS A DAY?

Example:
  • Presently, I am preparing for PhD entrance exams and referring 40 books for a chapter also case studies.
  • What I have learned I make it in form of a video and explain subject in Telugu language and upload it in my personal YouTube channel – Maddali Swetha Teaching Classes.

5. WHY SHOULD I TAKE INTERVIEW? OR
WHY YOU CAME TO OUR COMPANY TO DO JOB?

Example:
  • Sir/Madam,
  • I have applied for this post as I have seen a job vacancy in your website.
  • I am prefect person suitable for this particular job which you can hire me.
  • I have seen your company as a good reputation from outside the world.
  • As this job makes me grow with the organization.
  • You can promote me for higher positions hike in salary.
  • I will submit the given work within a time.

6. IF I WANT TO GIVE EXTRA WORK IN  OFFICE TIME HOW YOU REACT?

Example:
  • I believe in Work life balance, Quality of working life which helps me to reach 360 degree performance appraisal as I will do my work at time which you have to give me holiday - one more day extra leave.
  • If I can’t do this given work - Which you will say?
  • I will divide the given work into two parts one to my peers or colleagues in same platform or I will finish the given work from home on the same day.
  • I can manage work efficiently.

7. WHAT ARE THE THINGS THAT I DON’T WANT TO LISTEN FROM YOU?

Example:
  • I don’t want to answers more about my personal details.
  • More information about me is personal matters and illegal questions.
  • You should not be taken into consider these unnecessary questions.
  • You want your employees to do well; they are to be good at office work.

CAREER ADVICE TO YOU FROM ME:

If you have scored good marks in graduation or post graduation 91% out 100% -

The question asked by interviewer.

Before careful about this question try to respond to the answer better you use short words?

WHY YOU LOST REMAINING MARKS?

Example:
  • Hm…….yes!
  • I don’t know!
  • Oh……..
  • What can I do?
  • It unfortunate not expected?
  • Oh no!
  • I might try it!
  • Out of syllabus!
These words make sweet and short, looks beautiful makes first impressions from interviewer then wait for …………………………..offer letter.
