Hai! Today we will discuss emerging and trending resume strengths in present on going year 2023.

 

So, here I am 😊 – to give you the right decision making before adding it in your resume.

 

I see most of the interesting points in a resume of candidates that leads to resume strength.

 

So, what exactly is a resume strength? The strength in your resume that demonstrate your skills and finds that – You are the right person at the right time at the right place for any given job in the office or a company or an organisation. In other words, an interest of a candidate or employer's interest.

 

Most of the candidates copy the skills of another resume and put it in their resume and apply for jobs. Right?

 

If you interview the candidates, they say that strengths and skills (Skill means your knowledge) are one and the same. I have seen this in many resumes. Common mistake that occurs - agree or not.

Note: 90% of the recruiters don’t read your resume fully. Only 10% of the recruiters check the full resume to find skills in your resume that matches the job post.
