ARE YOU SLEEPING FOR 4, 5 OR 6 HOURS IN A DAY. HERE IS THE PRECAUTIONS FOR HEALTHY SLEEP – By maddali Laxmi swetha

Hi! Welcome to my blog – MaddaliSwetha blog (Ideas can be changing). Today I will tell you good points to get good sleep for a healthy living life.

In fact, there are two reasons for sleepless nights.

One - age factor and

second - over workload.

You see most of the students asking me – Swetha, would you please tell me any precautions to reduce the stress for exams time.

Okay here I will guide you on a good path of a healthy lifestyle which leads to healthy sleep.

Generally, when you think more about one thing - you will get stressed and you will fall down to less sleep at night and also sleep for 4, 5 or 6 hours in a day. Right!

So, here are the precautions – kindly follow these tips and I promise you will get good sleep.

  1. Drink plenty of water which reduce your headache after awake up morning time.
  2. Switch off mobile or any electronic gadgets possible at 9:30 PM at night!
  3. If you have anything to do list. Just mention in a book for next morning.
  4. Wash your face daily for 4 times in a day – morning, afternoon, evening, and night before sleep. It will reduce excess oil and you will feel better and relax mindset.
  5. Try to be in sunlight and see the sun for a few minutes in the morning in between 5:30 am to 6:00 am.
  6. Try to go to the bathroom which means clear your motion (digestive system).
  7. Make your time to study at brahma muhurta time and sleep soon at night time.
  8. Don’t keep music sound more the day when you have less sleep. You will get irritation.
  9. Apply coconut oil for legs before sleep.
  10. In these sleepless nights you will feel more hungry in the following day. So, eat full stomach food or else you will fell in depression symptoms in future.

Food which is to add in your diet to avoid sleepless nights!

  1. Eat fresh onion which is not cooked. If possible, try white onion.
  2. If you want to drink cool drinks. Drink before 5 pm.
  3. Don’t have tea and coffee.
  4. Add leafy vegetables in your diet – such as Palakura Pappu Recipe, etc.
  5. Don’t drink cool water at night time.
  6. Drink milk. Every day morning and especially at night too.
  7. Add protein food – Rajma, Soybeans, etc.
  8. No to maida foods like bread, etc.
  9. Have (raw carrot + beetroot) juice.

Do meditation and do less yoga. Because when you have less sleep, your body is weak and you may have back pain too.

Note:

  • Try Sarvang asana - is a posture in yoga - which gives blood circulation for head and legs and also for hair.

So, these are the some of the precautions which I have mentioned it for students who are getting sleepless nights and so I have given food diet too.
