IS THE KING OF THE VEGETABLES - BRINJAL OR BEETROOT? – By Maddali Laxmi Swetha

Hi! Welcome to my blog (Maddali Swetha blog – Ideas can be life changing).  Yesterday I was eating beetroot curry and thinking about brinjal too.

As we have studied in the school that, brinjal is the king of the vegetables and the queen of the vegetables is lady’s finger. Right!

Identifying vegetables with their looks were judged as king and queen which is said as king of the vegetables is brinjal it had a cap on the head side and lady’s finger had a short cap on the head side.

But the originality is that beetroot is the king and heart of the vegetables. That’s what I meant? a Beetroot usually looks like a reddish-purple.

Why Beetroot? Because it contains many health benefits according to science. You may say that I am going on the science side - no not at all. See the facts point of view.

Generally, One suggests you to have beetroot - to get glowing skin or to get a healthy body.

Even scientifically it is proved that to increase the hemoglobin level is to add beetroot in food diet in your daily menu.

Types of juices - you can make with beetroot

ABC juice – Apple, Beetroot, carrot

BC2 LT Juice – Beetroot, Carrot, Cucumber, Lemon and tomato

BJW Juice – Beetroot, jaggery powder, water

BCGLT Juice - Beetroot, Carrot, Ginger, Lemon and tomato

BHW Juice – Beetroot, honey and water

BMP Juice – Beetroot, Mint leaves and Pepper powder

Likewise, you can make any juice by using beetroot. It is rich in fibre, vitamin B9, manganese, potassium, iron, and vitamin C.

My conclusion:

For any disease curing – beetroot is the best medicine and a great solution for future outcomes.

And what I have mentioned types of juices – it’s the right way to have beetroot. Don’t add amla or any fruits and an apple is an exception.

Having brinjal every day in your diet – it will damage your brain and it is said that whoever eats brinjal more, they will have memory loss.

Here I conclude, beetroot is to be called as king of the vegetables.

Note:

If you are having kidney stones, beetroot is not advisable.
