MY BEST ADVICE FOR SENIOR CITIZENS WHO ARE RETIRED EMPLOYEES – By Maddali Laxmi Swetha

Let’s come to the topic:

Senior citizens are those who have completed their work experience in their job and got retired. Right!

 

In fact, after retirement some may find new jobs or some may do volunteer work and some are ideal but here most Beneficial advice to get their resume weightage to enhance their capabilities and become inspiration to generation alpha.  

 

See, before the year 2020 – there are many tuitions and institutions also study materials or books such as study guides and Newspaper columns which are specially printed for student education.

 

Now in the year 2024 – there was a lack in the education system where books are not available and tuitions were closed also institutions were closed.

 

I will not go deep into this topic… I think you were able to understand what I was speaking about…

 

My best advice:

Go to tuition or institution and share your knowledge which is your work experience and subject knowledge which you have studied in college/office.

 

Now students cannot get all syllabus knowledge on the internet where is education becoming costly. They need practical education which you can only teach them - help the students in their education life.

 

You can write books like subject formula books, dictionaries, model papers – guides or you can become a teacher.

 

My conclusion:

To become a teacher professional – it is treated as God’s gift. Once you become a teacher you can add up your skills in your resume and it will become resume weightage.

 

As a teacher, you can work for 1 or 2 hours in a day. Make it as a hobby for better India.
