GOOD NEWS – TODAY, MY BLOG CROSSED 1,00,000 PAGEVIEWS - WHY I STARTED THIS BLOG?

First, they ignore you, then they laugh at you, then they fight you, then you win. - Mahatma Gandhi Quote

Hello to all readers and viewers of my blog – Maddali Swetha blog – IDEAS CAN BE LIFE CHANGING http://maddaliswetha.blogspot.com/ - Maddali Laxmi Swetha (Writer and Owner)

I have started this blog in the year 2014.

Why I have started this blog and for what purpose and how it is made useful to you (Reader/viewer) and me (Writer and Owner).

MY EXPERIENCE / MY STORY:

When I have completed my MBA.

I was waiting for my final MBA certificate and days are passing and

I am searching/applying for jobs and

Andhra Pradesh State (India) is going to divide into two states I live in Hyderabad City (Capital city of Andhra Pradesh)

The companies are asking – final MBA certificate and

rejecting my Resume due to Skill Gap.

One day, I have set my mind and draw a chart – SWOT analysis which was thought in MBA time where I was a leader in class.

A doubt raised in my mind – SKILL GAP - What is there a Skill Gap?

In MBA (HR), Skills Gap refers to the difference between the skills required for a job and the skills employee actually possesses. Because of skills gap employee might not be able to perform the complete job.

Then I decided and started this blog named as IDEAS CAN BE LIFE CHANGING - Maddali Swetha Blog

When you first visit my blog on your laptop or on your PC, on RIGHT SIDE OF THE CORNER you will find - MY BLOG ARCHIVE – There just click the year and read the topic headline. You will find the various topics I wrote it’s my own creative knowledge and everything is about MBA and MBA stories which are related to present job skills that you can learn daily.

HARD WORK GAINS SUCCESS:

When I first started this blog, I am not getting views. No one is watching my blog try and tried for a year – Simply no use, I am a just an ordinary student in the big city of Hyderabad. Right!

People around me used to says – “you will not get a single rupee through this Blog and it’s simply time waste.”

My answer to them:

This is not a money earning blog but I am getting satisfied in maintaining this blog and sharing my knowledge to the world and updating my skills gap regularly.

But after a few months passed. I started getting small job opportunities on my email – maddali_swetha@yahoo.com – Like wise, until now I have worked as web content writer, web content editor, web content administrator, HR Recruiter, Asst. teacher for primary classes in school for one month.

Now, various Students from all over the world were writing their feedback inform of beautiful comments that encouraged me - after reading this blog some shared their resume asking for my suggestion.

MY CONCLUSION:

At present! wherever I go for a job interview I show this blog to whoever ask for skill gap.

Skills gap problem is closed - I HAVE SOLVED MY SKILLS GAP PROBLEM IN MY RESUME 😊

Finally, I am happy with what I am now! I feel great! You too right!
