HOW TO FIND A SUITABLE CANDIDATE IN RECRUITMENTS IN 2022? - By Maddali Laxmi Swetha

During the Recruitment time, you (as a recruiter) will see many resumes on your table and candidates from different places who are applying for a job.

 

Currently, during the covid pandemic in 2022, it might be difficult to hire a suitable candidate for any position in an organization. Then, how to hire a trustworthy candidate quickly?

 

This situation mainly occurs in MNCs. Along with hiring new candidates, HRs at MNCs need to focus on strategies that prevent Employee attrition in an organization. These strategies must be implemented in every hierarchy.

 

What if you could ask the candidates a question that will help us evaluate the candidate better? I have that question for you below…

“What do you mean by the word “success” in your life?”

 

Depending on the candidate’s situation, the answers might include their family, career, salaries, positions, financial situation, status, etc.

But according to me, the best answer would be ‘Health’.

 

Why Health? Health is the most important factor in life. I think, if health is good, all the other important things in life such as family, love, career, etc would benefit. It helps in leading a successful journey in life.

 

In addition, there are a few other questions such as “How do you spend your time?” would help us understand the candidate’s stories and help us assess the candidates better.

 

Listen to their stories and hire the best employee for your organization. All the best!
