MY REVIEW ON BRAZIL NUTS

Hai! Welcome to Maddali Swetha Blog. Today I would like to discuss about Brazil nuts and my experience after eating this nut.

 

On march first week of the month - Year 2023 I have seen Brazil nuts in a YouTube channel of a Tollywood TV serial actor/ celebrity.

 

I went through the Amazon India website and purchased it.

 

The brand name which I have chosen is Nutty Yogi – Brazil nuts, this product is sold by Nirvaanic Life Foods Pvt Ltd which is available in Hyderabad, India. This is the best product I have seen. See the image below:

After I purchased, when I searched about Brazil nuts in Google search result is this:

1. This nut is also known as Amazon nuts.
2. This nut is mainly available in the Amazon Forest area.
3. Rich in PROTEIN, it contains selenium and Nutritious.
4. It promotes hair growth.
5. Reduce thyroid.
6. Solve sexual problems.
7. Good for brain functioning.

Now, the question - How I have eaten it?

We can eat Brazil nuts directly but I took a steel cup, soaked only one Brazil nut in drinking water and closed the cup with a steel lid for 12 hours. After 12 hours I ate it. It tastes good. See the image below:  

My conclusion:

1. Brazil nut is like a Badam and cashew.  
2. Badam and cashew are used in making sweets and hots in India whereas Brazil are used in cakes, chocolates. There are no differences in it.
3. Brazil nuts are good in taste.
4. You should never eat more than 3 Brazil nuts, only one per day.
