Today I
made this dish named Wheat Rava Sweet. This sweet is traditionally used in Telangana
and Andhra Pradesh states during
the festive season.
Prep
time is only 20 minutes.
The process
of making this food - Read, learn, prepare, do and teach. Also become an expert in doing festival season
food.
Let’s
begin preparing our sweet:

2: List of Ingredients to prepare this sweet
MILK – ½
liter
BADAM –
6 Pieces
CASHEW (Kaju/Jiḍipappu)
– 6 Pieces
GHEE –
1 Spoon
ELACHI (Cardamom)
– 1 or 2 Pieces
WHEAT
RAVA – ½ Cup
SUGAR –
6 Spoons
RAISINS
(KISMIS) – 6 Pieces
SAFFRON
– 2 or 4 Pinches
BOWLS –

Step
3: Take a bowl and Put on the gas stove
Step
4: Pour the milk into the
bowl and observe how it is bowling. After bowling, turn off the gas stove
Step
5: Cut the dry fruits and keep them aside along with saffron
Step
6 (1): Take the cooking tools for mixing the milk
Step
6 (2): Add Wheat Rava and sugar into the milk. Mix it well
Step
7: Observe the milk how it is boiling
Step
8: Turn off the gas stove and keep a tiny bowl for dry fruits to roast
NOTE:
Be careful frying dry fruits will take only few seconds, after roasting immediately
turn off the gas stove
Take
a tiny bowl
Add
one spoon - Ghee into it
Pour
the dry fruits and roast them for few seconds only
Step
9 Add this dry fruits into the Wheat Rava and mix it well
Step
10: Add saffron (Kumkum Puvvu) for good and healthy flavor
Step11:
Wheat Rava sweet is now ready. Take it into a serving style cup
Step
12: Have the beautiful and tasty dish and enjoy the happiness of taste.
