REASON BEHIND EMPLOYABILITY OF MBAs IN INDIA DROPPING COMPARED TO ENGINEERS

Here we will discuss about Employability of MBAs in India.


Before that let me say you,


What is the main reason behind doing MBA?


 Condition 1: For your promotional purpose

Condition 2: You got less percentage in degree (Graduation)

Condition 3: You want to pursue more educational degrees

Condition 4: You want to add MBA name in your business visiting cards

Condition 5: Marriage purpose to add professional called as MBA

Condition 6: You want to do two Post gradations for different purpose

Condition 7: Your aim is to do PHD and wants to call as doctorate (Dr. abc)

Condition 8: You want to do business research in MBA which you like to project work

Condition 9: …



Who else can do Join in MBA?

  • Any person whether he/she can do MBA from different backgrounds!


As such as,

Diploma courses, BSC, B.com, MCA, M.com, MBA (To do other specialization), B.Tech, M.Phil, MBBS, B.pharma, M.Pharma, MA, BA


Where students can do MBA?

  • Full time MBA
  • Distance education MBA
  • Open University for MBA
  • Distance flexible learning program MBA
  • Employee oriented colleges like Regular with less attendance
  • Regular colleges


Which colleges are there?

  • Top business schools
  • Regular Engineers colleges
  • Small colleges for night time


Results:

  • As there are no rules for MBA,
  • Generally MBA’s students demand more salary.
  • Some are unqualified to do jobs and some do business and some are in faculty jobs in universities
  • As students are coming from different Background they got less jobs offers when compared to engineering graduates.


Note:

I done B.com (Computers) and due to I am not good for mathematics as joined in MBA (HR) like administration and leadership activity and another reason unable to get in Job Interview from this educational background.

Also I done MBA jobs in HR Roles, my job offers are Web Content Writer, editor, administration, HR Recruiter or HR Trainee, BPO in HR.
