In
fact, and I am a leader from school age to MBA and still
MY QUALITIES:
- I never show that I am leader of the class
- I am big follower of Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi
- I am a vegetarian food person
- If someone scolds me I bare until my situation came. So, it is said “Wait for time”
- If someone say bad about me in my class I feel bad and cry and after sometime I clean my face. And I never reacted to them because we are all classmates.
- I am sensitive person who came to me for help I do help but I don’t encourage money mind person
- I always respect elders and teachers too, in case they are bad teachers also I respect them because time will teach them lesson.
- I charity money that is 10 rupees to 100 rupees only because I am student until know also.
In my
10th class my English teacher said all students about what they want
to do in future in which profession and I said I want to become
1. HARD SITUATION:
One day
I was preparing for exams, starts within 15 minutes for MBA Exams Year 2013, so
everyone is studying and one of my classmate was disturbing everyone that he is
planning to attend an famous actor audio realize and he was a follower of that
particular actor club.
- So, I got irrational and said with loud voice that
- Who is your fan?
- Did he write your exam?
- Only you are writing exam here?
- Go and search your exam room and exam seat?
- If you pass with above average marks did he will come to college and congrats you in front of all?
- Did he come and give you food to your hostel?
- Did you are family friends etc.
- First you respect that you are a classmate to all classmates in our class or mind your words and study for exams you are disturbing all others.
I
respect all religions, classmates like me.
2. FUNNY TALKS:
- If anyone asks me money – I said my father give me only travel money daily and no extra money. If you want I pay you amount and go to home on foot. No problem!
- Likewise I do very little amount charity.
- When someone asks me I need money for them.
- I will say - my accounts are open for free go and collect all money from them like this person took my 1 rupee that person take 3 rupees. So, there are 100 rupees store in your list of classmates who have to pay my amount by with interest rate 0.1% per month.
- When I list them for money everyone in the class laugh a lot. They will say me “swetha he is not I am, swetha she took not I am, swetha just I have to 1 rupee only. I say this information of my accounts in front of my teacher.
3. SIMPLE CHARITY WILL BLESS YOU:
I will
bring water, when my classmates ask I will give them water and when it finish I
go to my home in interval and fill up and return back to school or college.
What not to do?
4. Sometime, I get notice from higher department like staff room or director or principal to
observe a particular person in under to keep in mind and her/his behavior to
check. So, I have not to tell those names to anyone.
Likewise
in my degree women college,
In my
degree time, I saw a notice in notice board that FICCI is conducting product
awareness section for seminar in Hi-tech city and TV9 Telugu channel just started
on those days.
Actually,
in my school or college, seating of candidate is given by money status wise.
They
other groups in my class seen the notice and I said to inform to my father
elder brother is high post in Andhra Pradesh.
So, my
father big brother said it is good go and attend this special event it does
rarely allow students in FICCI.
There 6
of my classmates decided to go, they call me too even my teachers said “go
swetha you will speak and rise good in the class go there and come and explain
it in a written book you have to do”.
I said
“I don’t know Hyderabad city, most of the time I stay school in 7:20 hours and
in tuition I stay for 7:30 hours (including morning and evening) as I am
creative writer in exams but in exams one have to write as it is from book.
Those 6
students said madam we will take her safely until she reach home. We have
attended two days programs by traveling in local train.
The
next day, one of the girl who have started showing her ego skills and trying to
impress teachers and taking undue advantage on my classmates.
One
day, my English tuition sir told me to attend his home and collect books name
for learning grammar and tense as I am very weak in grammar. And on that time
only students should leave college with 5 minutes of time of whole college,
everyone in the class saying it’s time to caught buses soon….. Everyone in the
class saying tell to her that information tomorrow it was no important we miss
buses.
So, I
went to see the notice paper – she was angry on my whole class, she got angry
and broken eye glasses and with pen she did some ink marks on me. So, she was
to dominate and my well wishers scold her and left.
My senior
told me - why you are involved in other row and badly all in the class scolded
her, after coming to home I hide my face and went to tuition and my teacher
seen and told situation to my own elder sister.
The
next day, my sister came and complaints about her bad talks and principal
called her and said “why you have broken swetha eye glasses. She said it just
cost 300 rupees only for that her sister came to complaint about me I will take
action on swetha and college too.
My
principal got angry on her and give 300 rupees to her and told her to get 300
amount eye glasses within one hour here in our area you will find 10 shops.
After she came and said I didn’t get it as all shops closed. Principal said
swetha eye glasses cost 2,500 amount branded.
And one
day, one police came and scold management and he called me and the girl who
conflicted with me is not available in city.
In that
row, one of your classmate from to city where her father got transfer now she
missing it’s your responsible to keep an eye in the class and you are a regular
candidate comes to college and stay extra hours in library .
So, I didn’t
say anyone in my class and police had observing me and other girls who have
attend FICCI program in that she is the one of our group on those 2 days.
He was
following me to my home – I said sir I will defiantly keep her group and if you
have any problem please come and search my home. So, he said I believe your
facts and I just protecting you as her family members are very dangers.
I said
no problems in this area all are well known to me here. I will take care of me.
After a
few days, their group was discussing about her who is missing, the person who
broken my eye glass was the surety for her friends love marriage and that who escaped
from home and found that she married a guy, he cheated her and now she is
pregnant too.
Immediately,
I went and told the principal that the person who broken my eye glasses kept a
sign in surety column in marriage registers and she also stand as surety in another
6 marriages.
My
Principal called their parents said them not to allow your daughter in college
convince your daughter to join in distance college which we will recommend.
So, the
story ends!
5. IS LEADER OR BORN OR MADE?
This is
the biggest question in the world who haven’t found until now. It’s a big challenge
to researchers including too.
For example:
I did MBA’s,
When I
am doing MBA there was election time in class
So, my
professor as tested all students in the class and he said
When you

Time given
only 1:5 minutes and when it comes to me my professor give me 5 minutes still
game is not ended.
After few
minutes later my senior class professor came and said she is perfect and
onwards she is a class leader.
Now,
say me I am born or made leader.
