MBA VERSUS MBA – By MaddaliSwetha

Dear Reader,

Yesterday on 11th October, 2014 I and with my mother went to a beauty parlour which is near to my colony where I live. The reason why I visited parlour to get shape my eye brows and also hot wax for removing tan on my both hands.

In the meanwhile my mother and the parlour aunty started discussing about their children regarding higher education, high pay, promotions, earnings and salary expectation for which they invested to their children education and how they perform after immediately pass out which is compared to their friends and collogues children calibre  who are studying in same class.

In fact I regret all such kind of news on salary or earning issues. Where I suggest her by giving free advice that I am a MBA (Human resource) I would suggest you one thing strongly that doing higher education is not a easy if hard work is done by student like same as if hard work is done by employee in organization who perform in interview section it depends on the perform and the organization their choice regardless on employee turnover. Salary is given according to their skills and talent or work which field they choice but salary is giving according to company rules. I also mentioned that affording for MBA or MBA jobs are not easy for getting high post and I am the one who done MBA first in my family. I knew the pains of other students who successfully completed MBA and facing difficulty in getting suitable jobs.
But beauty palour aunty adversely she diverted the topic which I am saying and started mentioning about colleges and government rules according to seat, counseling, scholarship, campus, food and environment, facilities etc, in amicable (friendly nature) way. Of course we had a very good and healthy discussion too.

Here are the questions which turn my head down and unable to get answers to her?

1. Big College versus Small College?
Who is talented student?

2. MBA in local areas versus MBA in ISB OR IBS?
Which degree is worthful?

3. MBA in national college in big syballus versus MBA in local areas syballus?
What is syballus? What the different between university and small affiliated college?

4. MBA who studied in India versus MBA who is studied in Abroad?
Which is the worth degree and high paid jobs? What about small college’s students who studied MBA?

5. Why companies pay high salary to only to be it is a myth that parents are only trusting big college?

6. One year MBA course versus two years Mba degree!!!!!!
What is the study pattern?

7. Is CBSE is more given important than SSC!!!!!

8. The student who done MBA in normal college are treated as useless MBA degree? Why?

9. For a student who pass out a MBA degree, Is salary is important or the company which the person work I mean the work?

10. My strong question, as I am a blog writer. Is my MBA is worthless degree to get high pay salary? Or the MBA degree syballus is worthless to gain high position?

11. Is English standard is high in top college and then small college?

I would be I happy if you come up with good solutions to these questions? Remember one thing you answer would change the life of students who read this daily or visitors. Thanks for commenting.
