The best part of this book which I liked most is “Acknowledge page [XXXV] in first paragraph – Professor.M.S.Rao stated these lines about his wife, Padmavathy is a symbol of sacrifice and support for his books, and also is an immeasurable blessing in his life.

Of course, you might be thinking whether I read this book or not? Yes, I read i just finished reading on 17^th, October 2014 (Friday).

The best page which I liked most is this column - Appendix C, page 211 to 224.

What is Soft Leadership?

Ans: Soft leadership can be defined as the process of setting goals; influencing people through persuasion; building strong teams; negotiating them with a win – win attitude; respecting their failures; hand-holding them; motivating them constantly; aligning their energies and efforts; recognizing and appreciating their contributing in accomplishing the organizational objectives with an emphasis on soft skills. It is based on the right mindset, skill set, and tool set.
