Stress is important! It’s so important that it’s now recognized as the #1 killer. Mainly one must notice that stress is the basic cause of more than 60% of all human diseases, it has enormous negative mental and physical effects, and yet we often forget how stressful our lives are. What are the symptoms of Stress?
*Symptoms meaning a physical or mental feature which is regarded as indicating a condition of disease, particularly such a feature that is apparent to the patient. So, let’s see kinds of stress in human parts.

MY CONCLUSION:

There are two types of stress:
1. Positive Stress and
2. Negative Stress.

*Positive stress can be from competition - there's that feeling of trying to win or do your best against someone drives you to out-perform.


*Negative stress can come from anxious situations, when someone tries to test your mental ability. Some people don't do well under that kind of stress.
