WHY DO PEOPLE NEED TO INCLUDE FAKE EXPERIENCES IN THEIR RESUMES

I don't about foreign countries rules and regulations process.

But in India,

You get a job; you must keep fake experience to over skill gap.

What is skill gap?

Skill Gap is the difference in the skills required on the job and the actual skills possessed by the employees.

Once you clear your interview and find skill gap that meaning original certificate to identity make different

How?

In fact, you got job, you have kept skills gap certificate that you are good in previous company.

• You will say that company doesn’t exist.
• As finding skill gap with experience it takes 6 months.
• You have finished and you got 6 months experience.

So, you got your original experience certificate for 6 months which you worked in the present company.

Who will find your previous fake experience in your resume?

This process is called as win-win process.
