FOOT CORN - HOME REMEDIES - By MaddaliSwetha


INTRODUCTION:

In our daily life, we walk, we do tailoring, going to bathroom, cleaning floors or bathrooms, cooking, gardening, walking in raining season etc,. Foot is a real beauty for looking good. We can analysis any person by seeing his/her legs like cleanness or hygiene or neatness. 

The healthy person will have good feet. In our body, legs are to be keep good neatness is must…..with no stress on your feet, sugar level should be normal, BP should be normal. Keeping out legs in dirty or unclean places, unclean bathrooms brings foot corns, become more pain fullness.

PREVENTION:

1. Having milk every day morning and evening that will restore calcium in body and for healthy bones.

2. Apply cold cream immediately after bath every day.

3. Before sleeping or bed time: apply coconut oil or Badam oil or Castrol oil or Olive oil for foot massage.

4. Use foot wears all the time such as soft sock’s or foot covering clothes.

5. Remember prevention is better than cure.

6. Pedicure (monthly or if possible weekly) is very good for foot and skin that can prevent the pain.

7. While bathing wash your feet – by – feet wash by own.

HOW TO TEST FOOT CORN?

It will look like a small ball, painful, and appear as small in size or big size.

PEDICURE TREATMENT:

WHAT IS PEDICURE?

The word Pedi is derived from Latin word. Pedi means leg. Cure means remedy. Therefore, Pedicure means led or foot remedy. Our foot bears our whole body weight almost complete day. Moreover we neglect our foot. Even after their service. The process in which we relax our feet is known as pedicure.

REQUIREMENT:

1.  Tub - 1

2. Warm Water half in it

3. Salt – 2 spoons

4. Shampoo – 2 drops

5. H2O2 – 1 spoon

6. Message Cream

7. Cuticle Cream

8. Lemon juice – 2 spoons

9. Nail brush

10. Punic stone

11. Cotton

12. Nail file

13. Soap

14. Chair

15. Nail polish remover

PROCEDURE FOR PEDICURE:

1. First, you need to trim and shape your nails. Remove your old nail polish with the nail polish remover and trim your nails neatly. Make sure you cut straight across and don't cut the corners too much, as this can lead to painful ingrown nails. Use a nail file to give them the desired shape.

2. Give your feet a nice foot bath. In a tub, fill warm water enough to cover up to your feet and add some bath salts. You can also add a few drops of any essential oil of your choice. Soak your feet and relax for 15-20 minutes. Dry them with a towel.

3. Once you are done with the foot bath, dry you feet and rub some cuticle cream on the base of each toe nail. Leave it for a few minutes. In mean while use a foot scrub and remove all the dry and dead skin cells. Be firm but do not scrape too hard. Next, wipe off the cuticle cream and push back the cuticles gently with a cuticle pusher.

4. Once you are done scrubbing, wash your feet clean and moisturize them. Moisturizing helps soften, hydrate the skin and protects it from cracking. Rub a generous portion on your feet and massage well.

5. Regular foot massages also help keep nerve endings stimulated, improve blood circulation and nourish the skin and foot muscles.

6. Now your nails are ready and clean with pretty look.  Wait for it to dry and if you want to apply a coat of nail polish. Let your nails dry completely then apply.  This will make your nail polish last longer.

FOOT PACK:

Honey – 1 spoon

Lemon juice – 3 spoons

Pour it in a small cup and mix it well. Apply this paste to foot leave it for 7 minutes and wash your foot with soap water. It foot packs gives you very healthy and brings brighten skin (inner look).

FOOT CLEANER: (For daily use)

Use astringent it is valuable in market with pink or blue in color.  You can purchase your own brand product with good quality. For example: ayur – herbal astringent. How to use it: Never rub on the skin with hand; always use cotton wool. Apply it before going to sleep. Remove tan on your foot skin.
